Very nicely updated. It's right on the beach. Don't look for great customer service but the price and value are there great location too

I understand that many businesses are doing their best during COVID. However, this particular business failed to do anything about the many sketchy things going on in plain sight. We witnessed countless situations during my week long stay. Absolutely nothing is done about disruptive guests. The neighboring room from us had people going in & out at all hours & always smelled like marijuana. The housekeeping staff never attended to us, not once. I stayed at this property two years ago & that stay was pleasant. I had high expectations returning to this property, but those exceptions are long gone. I'm giving the property one star because the customer desk agents were pleasant. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PROPERTY; GUEST/S BEWARE!!!

It says on their website "Our 60 newly renovated two-room oceanfront suites" keyword: NEWLY RENOVATED...Which is totally a LIE. Karma is biting me in the ass! This is what I get for, since I rushed to book before all the rooms/hotels got booked.... This is one of the few hotels left and it was about $10 cheaper.... This hotel is so horrid my vacation is ruined.... DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! It is totally gross! It does not matter that it's an oceanfront hotel.

Stay the fuck away this place is horrible! Stayed two nights and didn't get any house keeping! Called the same manager everyone is complaint about and he said they would come to the room but never arrived! Also tried to charge me extra cuz I booked online stay away from this place totally lacking customer service, has a great beach view but fuck that it's not worth it at all!!! Listen to everyone else and fuck this place!

Ok let's start off by saying this is one of they worst hotels I stayed in first of all they only gave us two small towels to take a shower with then when we asked them for more they told us they didn't have any right now.. They have one little tiny elevator for seven floors so we were on the seventh floor waiting forever one of our room doors looked like it was kicked in I the hallway smells like piss they didn't have any soap to wash the dishes that we ended up buying cause they had no dishes the list of negatives reviews can go on in on I would definitely give this hotel a zero star if you could avoid hotel please do

This is an older motel that has updated the rooms. The parking is awful with not enough parking for all the guests. The lobby and every part of the motel until in the room is run down. There have been recent updates to the actual rooms. We arrived to no shower curtain, dirty sheets and food folded up in the pull out sofa and trash under the sink in the bathroom. The pull out sofa is a very thin mattress that the springs can be felt through while lying on it. Whoever sleeps there will not be well rested and have a back ache. Bring an air mattress/mattress pad to put on top. By far the worst pull out I've ever slept on and that was just for a short nap. Mostly clean, no bugs, and oceanfront are the positives.

horrible,filthy! No closets, no table in the kitchen, coffee pot missing parts. 1 tiny,tiny elevator that couldnt fit 2 people and their luggage.... dont waste your money to save money at this dump!!!!!

HORRIBLEEE!!!!1. Pictures online dont look like the rooms at all.2. Front desk staff nice but definetly had issues with the rooms with seeing bed bugs and roaches the MAIN reason we left super early and decided to go home. One of the front desk staff who was working the shift didnt seem to care about the issues at all, telling me i need to call when the manager comes in.It must be family owned because i never got a call back and when i called again. I WOULDNT recommend this to ANYONE. The hall smelt like urine the sheets had rusty red spots they dont give any sheets at all

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was super nice but the rooms didn't look like anything they do online nor the pool. I did like the nice size tvs in the living room and bedroom. We did have actual flooring and not carpeting which would have been really nice if they were clean (swept and mopped). The couch was not worth sitting on. Fridge could have been cleaner. Asked for extra towels and they did bring them up but left them in the hallway at the neighbors door and in a clear bag.

I'm stay in on 07/6-07/07 . I have cut in the fram bedding And smell bad in room . Never again
