Marina Club

Location is in Captains Cove where we live.Eaten here since 2011.Don't eat there very often.Being 100% Service connected disabled from US Army, Vietnam 1967/1968, not Mobile as once wasWished they delivered to our home, would probably order couple times a month..Food is always hot, plentiful and served with a smile.Nice water view.

On Saturday, August 12th I took my family to the Marina club to check in for a day at the waterfront pool and tiki bar. When we arrived, we met "Beth". She asked for our passes, of which we did not have. We discovered that they had not been left for us and they were required to access the club. She told me that I should have looked through everything to get the passes. When I let her know I had done so and they were not left, she said she could not help me. My husband went another step and asked her to pull up our reservation, as we did provide the names of our guests, when we purchased our passes through our rental company. Through visual verification, we saw our names on her computer screen. She still would not help us. To make matters more uncomfortable she told my daughter to "cover up" her bathing suit to enter this building. This confused us, as we were entering a pool. My son and his boyfriend also felt unwelcome as there were snickers from another woman working the counter (blond hair). To try to get a solution and enjoy the pool this day, I tried to call coastal Realty but my phone had no service. They did let me use their phone in an effort to contact their office. When I did reach the staff, we reinforced that the passes were not left and one of the staff members would meet us at our house to give us the passes. From there we decided just to visit the other pool. We ended up having a lovely time as the staff there were most accommodating and kind.

Slow service, disorganized service, rude bartender, not a pleasant place or a place recommended. Major changes to attitude of service and staff highly recommended and glad to take all my family and friends business elsewhere. Very displeased.

Service was a little slow, but the food and atmosphere was very nice. A little off the beaten path from Chincateague, but worth the drive.

Undercooked Hamburger, waitress and manager argued that it wasn't undercooked.I had ordered medium and the burger was red inside. I'm 60 years old and have eaten thousands of hamburgers, I know what medium is. Appallingly bad service.

This restaurant was a hidden gem. We didn't know where we were but we were so happy we found it. This restaurant has a fabulous view of the ocean from their screened in porch and the waitress was so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and they had a selection that had something for everyone. We will definitely be back here again in the future.

Delicious foods at the Marina Club. We were here on a Sunday when there was a band that started at 8pm. They have $6 Sundays with delicious home cooked meals. Had the pot roast which was succulent and the salad with chicken. They also have an upscale menu. Had the seafood platter that included a soft shell crab. All were delicious! The band also added a certain "je ne sais quoi".

This was the worst restaurant experience I've had in the last 5-10 years. Some dishes were inedible, it was overpriced, and we were moved indoors due to rain, during Covid, due to a drizzle. Oh, and there was a roofed, screened in porch. Do not go here for for anything ever. Period.

The new manager has made fantastic changes to the food and drinks. I've never had a bad meal here, and the staff is so sweet!

The waterfront restaurant has beautiful panoramic views of the bay. The staff is friendly and attentive. The menu selection is great for a family or date night. Looking forward to our next visit.
