They are okay, not the best service with the new restaurant. Mgmt was better at the old location! Besides good Mexican Food, customer service is something they need to work on!Also, if you're not a local, you can expect the service to be par.

I've experienced Really good service from both of the bartenders and the staff is pretty chill

They have THE BEST guacamole I've ever had, the strawberry daiquiris are amazing, service was excellent, and the environment is so cool and spacious!!

I gave the 2nd star for "grace" purposes alone due to it being a busier lunch timeframe on a Sunday "after church" kinda crowd (as well as it only being my 1st time coming to this local eatery). However, had I come at an earlier lunch timeframe, and was a local return customer this would have been a 1 star review. The setup in the eatery was a askew, although the restaurant itself was clean (and so was the bathroom which was a good surprise). We were seated in the bar area without being asked if this was "ok" seating arrangement for our party of 2. We were seated by a young middle school aged employee. The waitress was nice enough until I asked for a box shortly after receiving my food when I alerted her to the fact my lunch came dead cold (which this was after a 30 minute plus wait time). Her response, "I'll get you a box". I guess I expected, "I'm sorry...would you like us to make it again?" or at the very least, "I am so sorry that happened!". I will say to her credit, she did let her manager know, and they discounted the meal which I didn't expect...nor did I request. Typically most Mexican eateries serve their lunch items rather quickly since they are a smaller version of the dinner options, and so maybe I am use to other places doing an amazing job of getting people in an out at lunch timeframes. This was NOT the case at Mamasita's. I have never been served cold Mexican food before...I guess there is a "first time for everything". But I would have preferred to not have this experience at all(which was more like a nightmare then an experience to be honest)! I did taste my wonderful husband's warm version of chicken fajitas also, and it too was not great...but it was much better then cold Pollo con Arroz. When food is neither good warm nor remotely palatable cold, there is definitely a problem here. The lack of flavor and attention to detail all around left me not just "wanting" but rather longing to to a "re-do" of sorts (if I could "turn back time" as Cher once boisterously sang out so fervently some years back), and NOT come here at all in the first place...oh if we only could click our heels 3 times to achieve such a feat!!!

Another restaurant owner suggested this place as he was closing.Overall nice family friendly place.Shrimp dish was nice and spicy and portion was perfect. Chicken tacos were good.Service was also good.If in the mood for Mexican they have a large menu.

excellent value and great food. staff were friendly and there was plenty of parking available in the lot. we went twice during our vacation on Monday and Wednesday. both times the place was busy but we were easily seated. will definitely go again when we are in the Edenton area.

They have consistantly good food, the staff is pretty good you hardly have to wait for service. I like the decor of their old place, the new place is nice but could be a truck stop, it doesn't look or sound like a mexican resturant. Still very good food and staff.

Food was great, very large place -seems like they just updated the inside. Service was quick.

While driving to Norfolk we stopped in for dinner!! Very inviting environment! Staff were very friendly and attentive!! The food was fresh and very tasty.. I had the shrimp tacos; filled with lots of shrimp!! Great place; glad we stopped!!

The food was absolutely delicious. The prices were unbelievably good. The waitress was fast, very professional. The restaurant was beautiful very clean.
