Maldini's is an old-school Italian spot south of the river. They serve all the salads, pastas, and pizzas you'd expect. You can order takeout or dine in. For my first visit, I opted to dine in. Service was good and included a robot delivering our salads and entrees. The bread they offered was just okay, but I really enjoyed the ceasar salad's dressing. The Bianca pizza was standard for a white pie. I heard good things about the gnocchi also. Prices were standard.

Everyone has a favorite restaurant, this is my boyfriend's dad's favorite restaurant. Back when I moved here in 2019, his family and I used to come to this spot for every special occasion. It was his dad's favorite local business, and it still is to this day. I really love Maldini's Italian market section and their special mission during Christmas. Their prices here are pretty good and the service is usually nice too.We hadn't been back in a while, but we went back last night for the dad's birthday. If you're looking for cheap food, this is the spot for you. While the food isn't necessarily my favorite here, they still have a lot of dishes to pick from. On this visit, I got the ravioli de formaggio. I found that it had too much sauce and was heavy on the plain cheese flavor. I did like that there was sage in it and that the pasta was cooked al dente. I also got a side Caesar salad, which was fine. Our waitress was super kind to bring out a cheesecake with a candle and balloon for his birthday at the end of the meal. They know how to make you feel special here for a birthday.

This place was a solid delivery. The price was higher than other Italian joints we've gotten food from, so I marked them down a star for that. Solid food though.Pasta was a hit. The Alfredo expert in the house (11 year old daughter) says it's above medium good.Pizza was solid 8.1 out of 10. Recommend the margarita pizza.

I've eaten there several times. This was the 1st time I've placed an order to pick up. It was disappointing, I'm not sure if there was a different cook but it was no where near as good as normal.

Calzone and Stromboli is excellent and crust is perfect, light and fresh ingredients. Cappella is light fresh and the best ever. Service is really good.

No passion for food here. I keep coming back here hoping that something is going to change. This is a place to get pizza although the zuppa Depeche has promised most of the time it lacks seafood.

The food is amazing, homemade pasta, sauces are seasoned perfectly. Service is a bit slow, but it's a family restaurant so just don't go if you're in a hurry.This is a homey restaurant with great food.Specifically recommend chicken parm, meatballs and fettuccine.

First time visiting this restaurant. On Forest Hill across from O'toole's.Had an early dinner here last night. The interior is not fancy but the food is spectacular. The portobello appetizer was amazing. Two very large mushrooms with cheese, red onions and roasted peppers. Delicious. Dining partner had linguine pescatore which she loved and had plenty for take home. I had the grilled branzino which was the best I have ever had. Even the bread served was amazing.Had very pleasant conversations with the son of the owner who was our primary server sitting at the bar. He was super informative and knowledgeable. The owner guided me to the branzino and I am glad he did. The menu is expansive and I can't wait to go back and try additional items. I understand their pizza is also excellent and look forward to trying that as well. What a food gem!
