Terrific Customer Service. Kimberly answered my questions and provided all the information needed to get me in a storage slip. At the time no inside storage slips in the Boat Motel were available, Kimberly put me on a waiting list and within 3 months, my boat was being stored inside of Boat Motel. Excellent follow up in getting my boat stored inside without me having to remind them

If I could give it -2, I would.It's gotten SO bad... terrible customer service, poor upkeep of docks and parking, hours are awful, and the owner knows he's the only marina around here! It's so bad that we dread going there to use our own boat!

These folks are professional and work Hard to service your boat correctly for years of service. We are very satisfied with everything they have done for us over many-many years and multiple boats:)if you want your service done right the first time, this is where you bring it!

Checked online for hours. Posted Launch Hours 8am-6:00pm arrived at 5:35 and was told they stop launching at 5:30. Not posted anywhere and young lady at the desk was very unprofessional I have never seen anything like this. No regard at all for an entire family that has arrived and has people meeting us for a night out.. we ended up with two girls that were crushed and so upset.

Fair and equitable negotiations when considering a new boat purchase. Customer comes first.

Was buying a new boat ,This place is a rip off,tried to add over $6000 for dealer prep and freight and was only going to give mesome salt wash for that,found a place called Perfomance Boats on the other side of Richmond only charged $1200 for dealer prep and freight, gave me a $1000 boat cover,4 fenders,anchor dock lines,4 life vests,and a throwable floatation device all included in that $1200,it came time for the 10 hour service and Lynnhaven Marine wanted to charge me over $1000 ti do that,called the place I bought it from and they told me under $400,if you have more money than you have sense this might be the place for you,but if you don't like throwing away money and getting ripped off stay away from here.

I needed to replace the anchor winch on my 29 ft. searay and brought it to the boatel with a request that they use a rebuilt one from the Good company since the original one from this firm had worked well for over 10 years. They installed the winch and associated parts for a part cost of $1200 plus a markup of $800. They also will get an additional $150 core rebate from the Good Co. The labor charge was high as well. When I complained about the $800 part markup the service manager said it was standard and refused to decrease it. I was not told in advance of this policy and would not have agreed to it. I'll never do business with this company again.

These guys are great and I highly recommend them for parts and service. They took care of the drive gear bearings for my Alpha drive and the turn around was one day. I really appreciate the work they did. Signed, the Zig Zag guy...

My husband spent 3 grand on a motor from this place and we had problems with it only after a couple times of using it on our boat. It has a 3 year warranty on it so he took it to get it repaired and also an oil change in which was another $300. In disbelief, we found out the Marine was broken into and our motor was stolen. It was stolen yesterday on my husband's Birthday! I thought my husband was joking with me when he told me this, today. They have told us that they aren't liable and still want us to pay $300 for the oil change on a motor that isn't even there because it's been stolen!!How are they not liable? Never in a million years did we think the motor would get stolen and to top it off, tell us we need to pay $300 for something we no longer can attain because it's been stolen!?? We are looking into legal help to take legal action.

Lynnhaven Marine provided terrible service and did not want to work on my boat because I didn't buy it from them. I was unable to buy the boat from them as they didn't have one in stock and were unable to get one. When they finally took my boat in for service, they kept it for six months and were still unable to diagnose the issue. Although it was under factory warranty, they still charged me for warranty work. They even ran a forklift into my boat and didn't tell me about it until I noticed the damage. They then admitted to it. I would never go back to this place, as they have terrible customer service and are incompetent, unprofessional, dishonest and rude. Don't make the same mistake I did.
