Lv's Restaurant

Let me preface this by saying I been living close to this place for years and tonight is the first time I've eaten here. Super easy to place an order for pick-up. Got the fried whiting with potato salad and coleslaw fried hard to perfection. Ordered a strawberry banana pudding that was as delicious as it sounded. Will definitely be finding out of the rest of the menu tastes as good. The place was clean and cozy when I walked in. A hidden gem we slept in for too long.

The food is good overall however the sweet tea is overly sweet and I can't drink it other that the food was great. Wouldn't recommend the banana pudding it tasted weird

It doesn't look like much when you walk in. You see a bar and some booths to sit at if you want to eat. Nothing bad, it was actually cool because we sat and watched the game as we ate. Service was great. We ordered at the bar, and it took about 20 minutes for our food. Not a long wait. We got the food to go and went back to the house to eat it and it was still hot! And the food was delicious! Ohh man the yam and mac combo!! Of course I had to get an extra order of mac and cheese on the side. The chicken was fire! Nice and crispy. Nice size pieces of chicken. I got six whole wings. I'm definitely going back before I go back home to Cali.

Place surprised me. You can tell it's family owned. Food and service were great. I got the wingettes along with Mac and cheese and candy yams. Overall I give them a 8.9/10. Now if you're in a rush my suggestion would be to call your order in; that's what everyone who pulled up while I waited did. Overall this the closest to southern soul food you're gonna get!!

Sooooo good! I recently moved to this area and really wanted some good soul food but particularly good whole wings... after trying a few places I finally found the perfect spot! It's a cute mom & pop restaurant, (definitely screams "good soul food" if that makes sense) with great customer service! The wings were delicious and seasoned perfectly & I am particular about soul food and want it to taste as close to home as possible and I can say that this plate was just that. I got the 4 whole wings, Mac and cheese, collards and cornbread. Everything was good too. I will definitely be returning the only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the kind lady told me it was a 30 min wait however it was over an hour wait. I hate a long wait, but it seems like it's common with them, so next time I'll have to order a hour early which is crazy. But worth the wait!

I've been driving pass LV's for years but never had the guts to stop in. After seeing a few reviews on here I decided to try them out! I am so glad I did. My dad and I visited for Sunday dinner. I was REALLY craving some good soul food and Southern Comfort was closed. LV's opened at 4 so I did have to wait until then. When we walked into the restaurant I was expecting it to be sit-in like most restaurants are now. But they are only doing to-go orders. My dad ordered the 6 Whole chicken wings and I ordered the smothered pork chops. Unfortunately there was an hour wait for Mac n cheese, I wasn't willing to wait so I didn't try it out. But I will next time. The pork chop was delicious, I looovez the gravy! The chicken wings were also delicious. Next time I think I'll order the wings and Mac n cheese. I will definitely be returning when I need my soul food fix!

You should definitely check them out. I had never heard of LV's found it on yelp my family and I ordered whiting dinner with two sides we all enjoyed it

I was told it would be an 45 minute wait for everything. I arrive well after the listed opening hours.They lost me a a customer for sure.

OMG!! THIS PLACE GOT IT ON THE SOUL FOOD!! 10/10. My girlfriend and I been craving soul food,a lot of places out here no disrespect are wack. But this place didn't let us down. Pork chops was BUSSIN! If you're looking for a spot I highly recommend. And they're black owned .
