Love's Travel Stop

Loves is open twenty four hours and next to Bojangles. The food prices are higher than Wawa or Duck thru. The bathrooms are average but not maintained consistently.

Great place to eat , get gas, snacks, and lottery. Bojangles Great food love love love

Great dog park!! Marley needed a rest and off leash play!! The only disappointment was no doggy station with trash. Have to take poo to station. Thank you Love's for being dog friendly!! We appreciate the beautiful doggy parks you have added across the nation! Lindy and Marley #tinyvanbiglife

22JUN23 ~ This Loves is as good as any service station where I have stopped. Very clean, outside & inside; Well organized pump station area; Open with plenty of room at the pump stations; All the service station amenities, clean window cleaning fluid, new short & long window cleaning squeegees; Paper towels; Lots of food & nonfood options inside; I love their sausage dogs; The cashier was genuinely nice/friendly; well spoken/articulate, and professional. Thank you!

Worst Loves I've ever been too .. usually happy to go to these stops on our travels! This one was absolutely terrible service ... not clean --- staff doesn't care there at all! Not what we've been accustom to. Prices are marked wrong -- not matching what is advertised n what's in the system for pricing ... we told the girl at register it was rung up incorrectly ... we were overcharged !! she then said "oh well, she's no there's nothing she can do about it "--. ??? Said also "I'm new here "... I said do you won't refund us the difference ... she said nope--- wow! So buyer beware--markings on the doors & in coolers on sales for pop/water/ soft drinks you'll pay more for --& they won't & don't care or even think about refunding you when it is wrong! Sad!

SHOWERS: All the showers are handicap showers, roomy, clean and comfortable. COFFEE AREA: Clean and well stocked. (Despite cream dispensers empty, not avail I guess)STAFF: Helpfull and courteousKudos for Franklin Loves for keeping with the tradition that makes Loves number one.

Clean bathrooms I was surprised how clean it was. Typical travel plaza stop. Cheap gas, cute keychain souvenirs, coffee and donuts.

Love's Travel Stop is an all-in-one roadside solution. They're a gas station, restaurant (Bojangles), country store and trucking garage located off the South Street exit in Franklin, VA. They really cater to the road warrior. I guess the best thing to call it would be a hybrid. We stopped in here to get some cold drinks while we were on our way to Murfreesboro which is just south of here on 258. The first thing you'll notice is the place is impeccably clean, the pumps, the store, the restaurant, etc. It's well cared for. Upon popping into the store you'll find it's like many convenience stores including a huge coffee bar with a ton of variety. In addition you'll find extra stuff for those road warriors I mentioned. GPS's, CB Radios, police scanners, power inverters, headset communicators for motorcyclists, and so on. It's pretty cool actually because you don't just come across cool gadgets like that anymore at your Best Buy's and Walmart's. Last but not least on the south end of the property they have a trucking garage. At a glance they do light truck mechanical work, tire repairs, washing, oil changes. They also have an RV Dump for grey water and such. Propane tank exchange, etc...This is a cool place. BTW gas was cheap to as we topped off before heading south. Love's is definitely worth a look if you're gonna pull over and gas up.

I never get a gas receipt at the pump. But the worst experience is the very nasty men's bathroom. There was no toilet paper or hand towels and the stalls were very filthy unsanitary.

It was a clean rest stop with the ability to purchase snacks and gas. Employees were friendly
