Linda's Diner

Cozy and comfortable little diner. Not a lot of selection but the people are great and authentic. If you are looking for a local grease-spoon where all the locals hang out, this is the place. Don't expect superb food- expect a good put together meal that may clog an artery but will 'bless your heart' the whole time. I was not a fan that the meats (sausage and bacon) were all precooked. There is a huge difference in taste and quality. The price is really reasonable, but they only accept cash.

What a racquet. Only take cash. Hood wink you on the combo. Ordered 2 Cheeseburger Combo's .received 1 order of fries. Mac n cheese bits...gross.. seemed like they knew we were visiting the area and got over on us. $25 later....she gives me change and low and behold sheisted again. Gave a 5 and 10. Really. Stop in if you want to hear the waitress say. She just.. JUST tested negative yesterday!!!! Wtf

Great prices and cash only ... I visit Linda's on a regular basis. It's a diner that serves great burgers and sandwich. I also go for a reasonable priced breakfast . If you are in Mathews county please visit and bring cash ! The best macaroni salad !! The burgers are cooked perfectly and have great flavor ! Lord big of tasty approved ! Come on Friday's and Linda's always has Friday dinner specials !

Very good food, we walked in 15 minutes before closing time and was treated very nice. We ere not rushed , waitress was very friendly, told us to take our time, food very good, we would definitely go back again! Thanks for your great food & service!

Great homestyle breakfast and very reasonably priced. We love the quaint homey feel of the place. Have eaten there three times this past month. Friendly staff.

Eggs perfectly over easy. Waitresses are fast and efficient, never had an empty cup of coffee. Hashbrowns were delish! Bacon was crispy and perfect. Now I'm leaving, feeling content and stuffed to the gills.

The breakfast burrito is the bomb. You cannot beat this awesome meal for $7.50

This is a wonderful cute restaurant in the town of Mathews the people there are very very nice and will go out of their way to make your meal how you like it delicious food!! Highly recommend stopping by. Their chicken sandwich is better than Chick-fil-A

Typical diner restaurant. Nothing fancy. Eggs were ok, biscuits good, but there was really nothing special about this spot. Small diner, typical breakfasts. Probably won't be back.

Great little diner. They have booth and counter service. Tried their local backfin crab cake sandwich and it was really good. Crab cake was made fresh. Prices were reasonable. Excellent service. Does not accept credit cards, so bring cash.
