Always a pleasure, very pleasant and friendly staff and always extremely efficient and helpful. I've bought 3 or 4 pistols from them (now 4 or 5), they have very reasonable prices and always have a good selection of pistols and rifles. I would highly recommend this business!!

Visited this shop to sell a great selection of watches that I either no longer wear or wore at all, about half in original boxes. At the time of my visit, it was not busy. The employee was somewhat decent, but he only took the time to research two out of the 12 watches, the rest were looked at quickly and set aside. The "offer" (if I can call it that) for the two, was very low considering the conditions. A very slim watch selection on display and nothing came close to the quality I had in my possession. Additionally, besides some fire arms, typical laptops/game consoles (all over priced), some jewelry (nothing exciting), and some signed athlete's pictures (ho-hum), this particular location doesn't appear to have anything of quality. I pass by this location a few times a week and noticed few, if any, customers parked outside and of all the establishments that occupy the area. A 2-star rating is generous. I don't recommend.

My husband tried to pawn something here and they don't work with military service members or their dependents. That this owner owns 3 Locations and won't sell or work with any service member. That's trash .

Spent thousands and don't regret a dime. Excellent service 10/10. They will work with you on the price of item or layaway.

By far the worst pawn shop in the area. Rude and un helpful staff, who just sit around and make remarks. Highly unprofessional atmosphere. Also all the items they have out are garbage, they keep the nice stuff for themselves. I've only been to holland road location and regretted it.
