Leonardo's Pizza & Pasta

This was our first time here. We walked in and immediately felt a good vibe. We were seated and cared for by Barbara, who was EXCELLENT. Such a nice person, who made some solid recommendations. She was spot on and very attentive to us.The food was excellent. Steak and Cheese sub was excellent. Get extra Mayo as it can be a bit dry, but the bun held everything together.The next time we are trying the pizza.Nice job Barbara!

I've gotten large pizzas ($22) and subs ($13) delivered to my office by Leonardo's and they do a good job of tending to a larger order on a short notice. The pizzas get a loaded with a good amount of toppings on top which I really appreciate. The food is good, but not spectacular. Overall a better choice than your typical fast food pizza. Picked up dinner from Leonardo's on a Friday night to take home. Nothing about this meal was good. The calamari was heavily battered, rubbery and visually didn't even resemble calamari. It went in the trash. Our daughter's personal size cheese pizza was burnt with giant burnt air bubbles on the top. She took 2 bites and that too went in the trash. My husband got the personal size Tuscany Chicken pizza. I had the personal size Pizza Blanco. Both were dry, with minimal topping and overall sub par. We won't be returning.

This pizza was delicious... i loved the thin dough under the toppings. It was so flavorful and not greasy enough for a heart attack but greasy enough to want to reach that hand in the box for another slice. A little butter or something on the crust to soften it a little would be the icing on the cake. But we will be back

This restaurant has stood the test of time. All around it restaurants have common gone, but Leonardo has remained now for close to 30 years, maybe even over 30 years.It is your typical Italian restaurant that has plenty of really good Italian dishes as well as pizza. It certainly isn't a high-end place and two people can easily get out of there for less than $40. We have been going to Leonardo's for years, and have no reason to not continue. It's locally owned so it's definitely worth supporting.

My wife and I returned this old favorite this evening. When we lived in the West End, we were regulars, but now that in Chesterfield it's a rare treat. We were pleased to find the food was just as amazing as always! The waitress (who claimed to be new) was friendly, efficient and attentive throughout our visit. She really appeared to be a total pro!! Truly a great experience! Still a top notch restaurant!

Website says manager special is 2 large cheese pizzas are $24.50, but when you enter coupon it's 26.50. Called them and was told they increased the price but the website still shows $24.50. Sorry that is false advertising that should be honored. Didn't order. Went elsewhere. This was no misunderstanding. It stated what it stated and wasn't honored.

we eat in from time to time, but I will get and Veggie pizza (minus artichoke) 2-3 times a month and take home for movie night, the staff at the take out and dine is are super and pizza is the best (i like extra cheese and they do very well on this) can go wrong with Leonarod's pizza

The food is consistently delicious. I especially recommend the Brunswick Stew, the Calamari appetizer, and the veggie sub. The crab dip appetizer is awesome! Barbara and Betsy are friendly, attentive, and prompt. The ambience is totally comfy with wonderful TVs on the wall.

So sad that the the quality of pizza has become inconsistent. Two weeks ago our pizza was raw in the center. Our order has been the same for many years, half pepperoni and half Pizza Blanco. Sometimes the PIzza Blanco side is missing one or more ingredients, for example, no tomatoes, or no ricotta cheese. Tonight we received a PAN pizza when we have always had thin crust. I think this is our last time ordering from Leonardo's after being customers for the 30 years we have lived in Short Pump.
