LeMans Karting

Very unorganized, especially if you're new here they don't explain things. Had to figure it out on our own. Wont be back.

My husband and his little brother had a great time, but be warned when you are there in the summer, it is extremely hot and they do not have air conditioning blowing properly to make it cool. In one of my pictures, you will see that there is a huge fan in the entrance, but I'd say bring your own mini fan!The bathroom is located upstairs , if you are handicap or need accessibility to the bathroom, this is not your place. It's also really really hot in the bathroom..I almost felt like I was going to pass out.For the most part, the places clean, and well kept together. They do do military discount, which my husband and our family did receive and the prices are really not that bad.I would say, make sure you dress appropriately as well, you need tennis shoes, and during the summer shorts and a shirt is good to go. But most people like wearing pants when it comes to King, but I'm telling you it's really hot. That you can ride with your child, with the two seater go karts. They also make you wear a neck cushion to protect your neck, which I really like. They seem to take safety very seriously. They have back up items for kids that are shorter or have smaller heads for helmets.Come check it out, located in Portsmouth !

Completely unorganized/ we had a reservation and came at our time we went to check in and it took us 30 minutes just to sign in since the iPads were slow/ we had to stop in the middle due to them breaking/ had to sign in on website that was down so and additional 15 minutes just to sign in. They put us in a room to watch a video and then after we were just sitting there. We had to leave the room ask what to do the sent us to another room with no instruction and we sat there and waited another 45 minutes. Just to wait at the gate another 30 minutes just to ride. We had dinner reservations since it was our anniversary so we left. Our reservation was at 4 we got there at 330 we left at 530. Really disappointed and there is a no refund policy.

I've driven by this establishment a few times when passing via Portsmouth, but today I decided to surpride my children. My small group consisted of 7 kids total racing that day. They had 2 races a piece at $50 for each child. The kids enjoyed themselves but I did hear attendants telling racers to slow down and not bump to me that definitely kind of kills the vibe a tad but I get it it's not bumper cars. Now some of the karts need or do require a bit of maintenance. I witnessed as one racer had to switch vehicles 3 times so I can imagine that was a tad frustrating. Overall my group did enjoy themselves but if you're kind of on the taller side in height it could be a cramped experience. I can see the kids wanting to return again and I'm not against it.Takeaways for establishment *Cleanliness wise I give the ladies bathroom a D. It had a horrible odor and needed some attending too. The establishment appearance overall minus the bathrooms appeared clean. Ample parking on site so you don't have to worry about it as they're in a strip mall towards the end to themselves. Very friendly staff as well. Answered all my questions.Thank you!!

Went on Father's Day with my daughter, both of us was the first time ever go karting. An absolute pleasure and the staff was super nice and helpful. We both did 10 minutes and it was great. Warning it will set you back so make sure you have saved and budgeted for it. I will be returning.

If you are an experienced Go- Karter, this place will be for you.Tried this place out for a spontaneous date day in order to try something different and it was overall fun. We booked our reservation ahead of time online and tried the intermediate race course. What I liked about it was that you will get briefed on the rules and safety precautions prior to getting out there and racing. They will show you an 8 min video that is very helpful. You can also bring your own helmet if you like but we were provided one as well as a head sock to go over your head. I am definitely not a pro at this Go karting so I rode the breaks the wholeeeee way lol. I felt like the go kart I was provided had issues like the steering wheel was very hard to turn and the gas pedal was pressing itself. I never had to touch the gas pedal so I'm not sure if that's what's supposed to be happening but like I said overall it was a different experience and I did enjoy myself.

We brought our 23 year old non verbal autistic twin daughters in to race (as passengers). Although we first needed to see if they would even wear the helmets before we raced, they were very kind in letting us try the helmets first before we even paid. Lauren was very patient and kind with both girls in helping with helmets, getting in the cars, pics etc. We did have to stop early as one car got a flat (and one daughter wasn't having it lol), and that's when so many staff members were very eager to assist in a compassionate manner. We will definitely go back and try again sometime very soon!

I went to Lemans for a friend's birthday party and I would love to go again for multiple reasons. Firstly, the staff was kind enough to let us push back our races when some people were late. Secondly, the information video was really informative on the rules and flags. Thirdly, the racing was super fun, although it was my first time racing and my skills were horrendous I still did good. Now, the reason why this is a four star review and not a five star. In my last race there was a father-son duo that were very disrespectful of the rules. The father was violent in his turns and crashed into people multiple times. But his son, oh, his son, although he wasn't as violent he ignored a yellow flag thrown because someone crashed, in the yellow you have to go slow and not pass people but this idiot passed everyone and was going max speed, and I know he saw the yellow because he looked at the person while they threw the flag. Despite this entitled duo, this was still a great experience and wish to go againThanks for reading.

Fast go karts, great viewing area. Full arcade and prizes, laser tag arena. Great spot for events.

This place has a great arcade for my little one to play while her brothers were riding around and the staff is so friendly they even helped take up my daughters stroller for me!
