This store is chockfull of quality goods from a variety of makers. It's in a great location on Richmond Road and part of an overall local chain that I really like as a whole. I just wish that the folks working were more efficient and friendlier.I don't love that they take the tags off when you buy things. I know that's their process and it's all final sale anyway, but it'd be ideal to have an itemized breakdown. I thought the sweatshirt I was buying was $26 because it was situated in the same display as other sweatshirts that were $26 (display pictured). My fault for not taking note of the specific one I picked up, which was $38. The price difference felt a bit outrageous for the same brand of shirt and I had to email them to confirm the price. The line to check out took about 25 minutes. I am in my 30s, but I do have a bad back, so standing in place hurts. I listened as they gracefully apologized to all the older folks ahead of me, but they barely said a word to me when it was finally my turn, much less an apology for the excessive wait. I just wish that, being that it's nearly 2025, they'd consider a more efficient check-out system. I included that feedback in my email to them, though they didn't acknowledge it sadly. That would've been a great time to apologize and confirm that they will do a better job of treating guests equally regardless of appearance in the future.Five stars for the quality goods; one star for the service, but I'm rounding my review up to be kind.

The Lazy Daisy is both fun to explore and a terrific shop to find unique gifts--most of them handmade! The shop, located off Richmond Road, is in a cute two-story building that has you feeling like you're entering a country boutique. It's filled with home decor items, canned foods, furniture, candles, jewelry, clothes, and more! The styles are coastal, country, and casual. We selected many items as Christmas presents in December and more recently purchased a cute painted side table for $32 and a "Blind Date with a Book" for $8. The book is wrapped in brown paper with hints about the book written on top, without revealing the name of the book. It's a great gift for readers and for yourself!Prices are mostly reasonable, as you can see from what what we bought. Service is friendly and helpful--especially if you don't quite know what to get that someone special. We love stopping by the Lazy Daisy!

Cute store with little areas of items different merchants are selling. I like that there are a variety of items and prices. Very cute decor that is beachy and some that are rustic and farm style.

While the items in the store were beautiful and mostly very fairly priced the customer service was terrible. 4th in line and after 25 minutes of waiting still had two people in front of me. Left without any of the items I wanted to purchase. Not cool.

The Lazy Daisy is a great, locally owned store where you can purchase home decor, furniture, jewelry, and other gifts. It is a multi-level store of booths rented and stocked by different vendors. There are booths with handmade items, booths with vintage items, and booths with "upcycled"or refurbished items. There's quite a bit of furniture in the store, some is new and handmade, and some is "upcycled" or refurbished. Personally, I think it is fun to see how vendors have taken older pieces and made them new again with paint. There's also quite a bit of wall decor. If you need something to hang on your wall, you'll probably find it at the Lazy Daisy. Everything in the store is very unique and it's always fun finding treasures. The customer service is top notch. Lazy Daisy also offers classes every month, so be sure to check out their Facebook page, if you're interested. Last but not least, I think the negative reviews are a little unwarranted. This is not an antique store and it doesn't hold itself out as an antique store. And yes, the receipts are through email and I've never had a problem receiving mine or earning my rewards. If you're looking for perfection (well, sometimes), go to Home Goods where each item is mass produced and shipped from overseas or World Market (and max out your card while you're there). If you're looking for something handmade and uniquely created, then the Lazy Daisy is your spot.

So I love shopping here and I always know I'm going to find something I just can't live without. I somehow left without an item last time.. I called and they were able to move it to the closest store and I was able to pick up.. thank you for taking care of that and being so kind!

This place is super super cute! I was visiting in town, so there was no way I could buy any thing big. If I lived here I would probably be in trouble!

My experience at Lazy Daisy today was unacceptable. My girlfriends and I were the ONLY customers in the store at the time and the one employee we saw was standing behind the counter and NEVER greeted us or asked if we were looking for anything specific. She NEVER acknowledged our presence! We politely walked out. We were going to make some purchases but after her rude treatment we decided to spend our money elsewhere. #not going backThis occurred November 16, 2024 @2PM

I purchased paint for a project at home. Had to re-do the project a few times and I ran out of paint. Went to the Laizy Daizy to grab another jar, and I accidentally grabbed a shade lighter blue. I tried to return the sealed paint, with receipt within a week, or exchange it for the correct color and they would not allow it. I understand the no exchange policy for decorative items etc. but that was just crazy to me. There would be no harm done or no loss in money to anyone to just exchange the color. I'll think twice about recommending this store for the customer service. It's still ok especially these days to go above and beyond once in a while within reason.
