The oyster that I had as an appetizer on point!!! I had them on the half shell and they were absolutely awesome. My friend had wings and they were yummy also. I had the mussels as an entree, and they also were very good. I'm sorry now that we didn't take pictures, our server was attentive and very knowledgeable

This place is a must revisit on our list! The food was amazing, the staff and service were excellent and the setting was very nice! We ordered oysters Rockefeller and the fire shrimp appetizers. They were great! My husband sent back his steak and got the Cajun pasta which was amazing and I had the stuffed flounder and I will get that again!! Great experience!

We had an enjoyable evening here with friends. Our server was very friendly and offered some good suggestions. The food was very tasty; and it was a little difficult to make a decision, because there are so many options on the menu. We had the seafood imperial dip for an appetizer and it was over-the-top delicious. Our entrees arrived quickly and to order. The restaurant itself is furnished minimally and somewhat lackluster, but the food kind of made up for that shortcoming. All in all I would go back.

Dined on Saturday night with my boyfriend and his parents and we had a great experience. The service was accommodating as soon as we walked in! We asked to be seated so my boyfriend and his dad could watch the game and were given a few options. Our server Sean was great; he checked on us often, kept our water flowing, and was very personable. From what I could tell all of the servers seemed to be working efficiently as there were a few larger groups dining in. Our food was amazing as expected. It had been a while since my last visit so I knew what I wanted. The salmon dip is my favorite appetizer hands down but I always have to ask for extra chips. Everything came out fresh and was cooked perfectly. I love the fried shrimp entree as it's so filling and you can't go wrong with the sidewinder fries and Brussels. My boyfriend's crab cake sandwich was the only thing I'd never tried and it was huge. Sean told us it was over 5 oz of crab meat and it didn't disappoint. We all left full with leftovers so expect great food and great value !

Came here for happy hour and had a delightful time! We opted to sit outside because it was a pretty nice day. Our server was super sweet and informative. To eat we had:-salt and pepper calamari: seasoned well but could've been cooked a bit more. It seemed like the breading was cooked more than the calamari itself -hellfire shrimp: very tasty. I really enjoyed these!-chicken wings: we had the honey sriracha ones and they were cooked well. We did have a few wings that had hair on them. In terms of flavor the wings were more on the mild side. No spice really but tasty nonetheless. -bao buns: I feel like the pork belly was over cooked in 2 of my 3 buns. The slaw and sauce that accompanied the bao buns were delicious!-Rockefeller oysters : HANDS DOWN THE BEST ROCKEFELLER OYSTERS I HAVE HAD. Every forkful was a bite of deliciousness and flavor. I HIGHLY recommend these if you enjoy oysters. The sailors punch was okay. I was told the sangria was refreshing. Overall I would come back here. I think it's a nice place for happy hour, date night, and even a solo date. Parking is available and there are stores to explore in the area as well !

Hadn't been to Latitude in a couple of years thought I would give it a try. They wasn't a wait and they weren't crowded but it took forever for us to get our food. It took in excess of 30 minutes for the food to arrive and the food was luke warm. The server said the kitchen was backed up but with the food being cold I feel it sat in the window waiting on her.My cousin sent her plate back and asked that they reheat it. The manager never checked to see how things were, nor did anyone check with us after she sent the plate back.

I came to latitudes at 3:25 because I have an appt 10 minutes away , so I figured I would pop in and have a crab cake sandwich and be on my way. The key was to be ready to order when the waitress came for the drink order and order simple. Glass of wine and crab cak, ordered at 3:30. . It is 4:20 and I have no food yet. I am sitting outside, didn't think I would be here this long. I just ate my food too fast as I just got it and had to run out to make my appointment. If you dine alone it will take an hour to get your food. A family of four that came in with me left with me, so it took an hour for them as well. (4 ppl:/)... the food was good and hot, but will opt for something else when I dine alone. An hour is too long to wait for a solo diner. But... very good

Father's day ALMOST ruined. Latitude Midlothian (Westchester Commons), "no longer pet friendly, policy changed"...but will never go to any of their locations again. As someone that's worked in the service industry most of my life (name any position in hotels and restaurants, including managing several of each), I had to leave a review for a place that we previously loved, but will no longer patronize, let alone recommend. I wanted to mentally cool off, before writing anything. We wanted to treat my Dad here for Father's Day, June 16 2024, since he always cooks for holidays. We have our senior Shih Tzu, and called multiple times the prior week to see if we could reserve a table on the patio (for 7 people, plus our doggy boy). They said we couldn't make a reservation for the patio, and have to come at 11am when they opened, since it's first come first served. We show up at 11am, and now the hostess said they no longer allow any dogs on the patio, "as their pet policy has recently changed". We took our dog there for happy hour less than a month ago, and had no problem. We've been going to Latitude since before the pandemic, and their food was great, and we almost always had great service. I could write so much more about our atrocious experience, but to keep it brief, they are not pet friendly anymore (even though they were a month ago, and still say they are when you call, and show they are on BringFido, or any pet friendly Richmond VA restaurant Google search. Well, I guess this was Karma working at it's finest, since we drove half a mile to Triple Crossing, had great food and service, and had absolutely no problem with our sweet dog sitting in his stroller eating our pizza crusts loving life!EDIT 12:35pm 06/17/2024 after seeing reply from Jenatha R.Your "manager" is a liar, she said no more than 3 words before I walked out. I said "we'll never come to this f-ing place again" as I was walking out of the door. It was clear that your staff didn't want to serve us right at 11am when we were told to come, and now I wonder if it's because we're Asian Americans. You're sarcastic with your response, and we were going to give your Stony Point location another chance, but F that, will not only never go to Latitude, I'll make sure to let people know explicitly not to go. I grew up in Richmond, and feel like I know everyone in town, so there. We WENT to Latitude because we could bring our dog and stay on the patios, at least a dozen times, so you're a liar about your pet policy.I'm gonna go cool off with a nice cocktail from any other restaurant EXCEPT Latitude.Check the pic of our sweet senior boy, in his stroller at Triple Crossing, after we were denied service at Latitude. He's living his best life, so glad we went to Triple Crossing.

We don't get out much because my husband has terminal gastric cancer. However, it was a special time because it was my birthday and I had children visiting from out of state. There were five of us at 5:30 -- early enough to not be crazy. I don't know what the name of our server was because she never introduced herself. We ordered drinks and dinner at the same time. Four of our dinners came before our drinks. The drinks never arrived. Since we couldn't find our server, my daughter had to go to the bar and order drinks from there. The fifth meal didn't come. Also, there was zero communication. I tried to find our server who was avoiding us. When I finally flagged her down, she said it would be out shortly that there was "a mixup in the kitchen" and it would be out shortly. I told her this was unacceptable and I would like to see the manager. Again, crickets. My son was starving so he ate his meal. The three of us waited and no meal appeared. I went to the hostess and asked her for the manager. Chris, the manager, asked what table we were at said he didn't like when that happened either and proceeded to go to and bring us our drinks. We also didn't have any water and he brought us that. He said he would comp us dessert. We don't usually eat dessert, but I was compelled to given the circumstances. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant of your caliber. Sadly stuff doesn't seem to care. We spent over $200. And I'm sorry, you don't get a meal 20 minutes after everyone else has been served and we were being kind and waited, and then our food was cold. There was absolutely no excuse for this. Never ever again. Shame on you.
