If you're in the mood for a solid, no-fuss Mexican meal, this place is definitely worth a visit. We rolled in around 3 PM on a Monday, and to our surprise, we were seated immediately. No waiting, just straight to the chips, salsa, and white sauce. With our stomachs growling louder than a mariachi band, we quickly scanned the menu, made our choices, and were served faster than I could say "queso fundido." The food came out hot, fresh, and bursting with flavor. It was exactly what we needed.Our waiter was on the ball, keeping our water glasses full and checking in at just the right times. Now, we didn't spend much time there (we had an appointment to run to), but the experience was exactly what we hoped for--quick, tasty, and fulfilling.

We went on the busiest possible day...Cinco de mayo. Group was rather large I was with for a birthday party. There was a small wait time but that was to be expected. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. I wish I could remember all the meal names but definitely can not. I took pics of almost everyone's dish at the three tables we had.Highly recommend as a go to spot for gatherings. Although busy it was super fun and I wasn't disappointed with the food and serving sizes.

Stopped into Las Palmas on Sunday night for dinner with friends && it was fantastic! The restaurant is clean and inviting and I was immediately greeted with a smile when I walked in the door. It was pretty busy, but we were sat without a wait and had chips and salsa to our table before we even got our coats off. The menu has a great variety; on both the food and drink side. I chose a House Margarita Frozen as my beverage and it was definitely not lacking in the tequila. Margaritas at a Mexican restaurant are to be expected but the presentation, size and taste made it the best I've had to date. I was in the mood for familiarity so I went with Arroz con Pollo and it was delicious! The chicken was perfectly seasoned and plentiful and the sauce was to die for. It was a generous plate and I ended up having leftovers for another meal. Overall it was fantastic! It's located next to a Marshall's and Harris Teeter so if you wanna walk off those chips after, it's perfect. We had a great time and will be going back soon! 10/10 recommend

Do you like authentic Mexican dishes? Well, Las Palmas is where you want to experience great Mexican food and atmosphere. We got here around 6:30 ish pm and the place was packed as no surprise. Every time I visit my aunties here in Virginia Beach we always a must stop by Las Palmas. This Restaurant here in Princess Ann for me is the best tasting, best customer service and just great atmosphere all together We orders queso chorizo dip, dry authentic, I had the Carnitas Michoacan pork deep fried with rice beans fresh lettuce, and also the famous tacos La Piedad. Great stuff. Worth every hard earned money. Try it, you'll like it. We love coming to this particular Mexican joint.

Great, friendly service from the time we arrived and throughout our meal! We were greeted by several staff and promptly seated. The place is lively and beautifully designed. The waiter was very happy, patient, and accommodating. He took our drink orders and lunch orders quickly and efficiently! The food came out fast and piping hot! We had quite a large group as we were celebrating three of our dear friends' birthdays. They had the Mariachi band play and our three friends donned whimsical sombreros, while being serenaded to "Happy Birthday!" The food was excellent and very flavorful! We ordered burritos, beef tacos, with beans and rice, and many other dishes too numerous to name but just as equally tasty! We had such a fantastic time in such a fun and lively atmosphere!! Highly recommend for small and large gatherings alike!! The service, food, and atmosphere are outstanding!!!
