Lake Gaston Pizza & More

I'm pleasantly surprised.The food was excellent. Excellent! The Stromboli, pizza, fries, everything.The atmosphere was as expected for a local pizza place. The service was okay. I would call it limited table service. We had a service who took our orders and served us our food, but drinks are self-serve.I will return. This could become our new local pizza place in the area. While there aren't too many, Lake Gaston Pizza is head and shoulders above Pinos Pizza in Gasburg. I wish Lake Gaston Pizza was closer to us.(They do offer white and red sauce and have gluten-free options)

not sure of the less-than-stellar reviews, but this place was hopping. we called in order - almost an hour wait for pick up.got thin crust pizzas, house salad and fried pickles - good portions, good pizza - pickles were meh.overall, we had a positive experience and enjoy supporting a local business.

Lucas was our server very helpful and knowledgeable,Food was great , desert was great !! Dining area was nice ! Philly Steak was to die for !! Glad I was told about this place !! Well be back !!

Not only was the food phenomenal. But I got to know the owners, workers, and GM. They helped me through a VERY rough time for the first time on the VA/NC Border. The locals were great, and their hospitality was beyond anything else. Kerry, the GM was one of the grestest! I don't just recommend this place for eating, but a load off, even for a few hours of what my be ailing you.

Really enjoyed the pizza we got. We had rented a house on the lake for a weekend and this pizza place was right up the road. Service was great and friendly. Easy to order online as well.

Status update as of 12/05/2024:The owner, Pete R, has stated that they do not charge for things such as plates, cups, spoons etc.Well, in fact, he is a liar !!!I was at Lake Gaston Pizza yesterday and they did charge me $.50 for tap water out of the fountain.This disputes his previous statement So either he is a liar or a business man who profits unnecessarily from the backs of the community who frequents his restaurant. It seems there is "no transparency" as to what charges appear on your credit card receipt until you really examine the receipt - not the receipt that the customer gets, but rather the receipt that is put into his revenues.I stand by my assessment and I can upload the proof - so Pete - why don't you just tell us the truth

ln a previous review Pete the owner stated they go not charge for water Well it turns out they do and I have my receipt to prove that. I paid 50 cents extra for water do he lied.

Pizza needs help and food was not very good I will not return which is bad since the choices at LKG are limited

LOVED IT! great service and amazing food! i had the chicken greek pita and it was so delicious!

Great super Supreme Pizza and red oak beer!! Great service and fair prices.One of my favorites around the lake.
