Top neighborhood in Virginia Beach! Great neighborhood for kids. 3 small parks that are kept up well. Dog friendly.Friendly neighborhood, HOA is on top of everything and keeps you informed.Lake is extremely clean and is tested by the city. They have taken care of the over abundance of Canadian geese. City Mayor lives here.
