Terrible customer service! I have a prescription and they have it in stock but I was not able to get it for several days! they sent me a text that it was ready, I go to pick it up and it's not ready! Then they say they need to contact my doctor, then that it's not covered by my insurance (it's always covered!)... then they can't find it on file! Then that I came too early!!! OMG what a person needs to do to get a simple prescription? Do not go there... it's just ridiculous.

Horrible! Horrendous! Customer service training needed. This pharmacy is known in the community as having horrible customer service. Every time I have gone there there has been an issue with my prescriptions. Went last weekend to pick up my prescription and was told they didn't have it. It was an electronic prescription so I figured something happened with the transmission. I asked them, "is it possible it was sent to the holland road location by mistake". The girl pretended to look it up and said, "no. It's not at any Kroger". It was a Friday night so I had to wait until Monday to call. The doctors office said it was called into the Kroger on Holland road. They apologized and sent it to the Providence road location. Again went to pick it up and was told that I could not fill it because it was too soon, according to my insurance company. They said the other (first) prescription was sent to my insurance, and needed to be canceled before I could fill it there. I explained to them that the doctors office said they sent it to the Holland road location, and asked them to cancel it. The guy seemed really annoyed (I get the impression that they don't like transferring prescriptions) and says, "it's not in the system. They didn't send it to Kroger. You'll need to call your doctors office and have them cancel the prescription before you can fill it". So again I call my doctors office the next day and they confirm again that it was sent to Kroger on Holland. The secretary at the doctors office called Holland road and cancelled the first prescription. Now I'm really annoyed!I called the providence road pharmacy to confirm they had it and spoke to the girl on her phone about my experience. Her response was "well I don't know who you talked to. It was in the system. I can see it right here.". No apology until I got upset and then it was a half-hearted "well sorry". Not once was anyone concerned or did they offer to call my doctors office or the other location. They all seem like miserable people. It's must be a bad culture because everyone is either apathetic or rude. I'm transferring all of my prescriptions to Walmart. They are less expensive anyway!!!!

Was a Farm Fresh customer. Came here because of location. Just went in on a Friday afternoon for 7 items. They were out of three of the things I wanted. (ice cream, sour cream, waffle fries). Had to go back Saturday for some lemons so I checked. They were still out of those three origianl items. Someone needs to evaluate how they order and stock.

And so here we go with the same shenanigans at this pharmacy. After having had my prescriptions transferred here since DECEMBER, I went online and submitted 3 prescriptions for refill and somehow only 1 was ready at this pharmacy . They told me they couldn't understand what happened and would have to fill the other two and they might be ready today and it was 2 hours away. They told me they couldn't tell what happened. I called the other pharmacy and they said they were on auto refill at their pharmacy so they somehow filled there. As polite as cold be she helped me. I spoke to the pharmacist who couldn't/didn't want to take the time to look and tell me what happened instead she just said she didn't know. I said I would wait for my prescriptions because I wasn't going to waste my gas and this is ridiculous because I keep having issues with this pharmacy and their staff. The pharmacist raised her voice when trying to just tell me she didn't know. Then as I sat waiting she walked in out from behind the counters slamming the door each time as hard as she could. I'm done. No one deserves to be treated like this. And obviously my previous conversation with the regional manager about this pharmacy was just not taken seriously. I hope they get new staff with better attitudes. It's obvious they are struggling here and need help - all new staff would be great.

First time and might I said last time I ever use the pharmacy. Dropped off a prescription and was told it would be half an hour. Got a text saying it's ready so I come back to stand in line only to be told once I get here and that yes it's ready but now it will be longer because they have to mix it. So now I get to wait yet a third time. No thank you. That's what I get for not going to Walgreens

These people are just plain nice! I only remember one encounter a couple of years ago with an "unfriendly" but they always greet with a smile and just chatty while they help. It's nice to not be counted as a number or another customer and have a genuine conversation with someone, even if idle chit-chat.

This is the worst looking Kroger I think I've ever been to. They are doing a tremendous amount of construction on it so maybe it'll look better when it's done but for now it's pretty ugly and not a lot of variety of food compared to other major chains. The help here is all pretty friendly though from my experience and they still have great prices on everyday items, especially those "buy 5 and get $5 off" type sales. No gas station out front either so if you're here to get gas you would have to find out where you can go to use your Kroger points.

The other day, I called in a prescription at 1 in the afternoon and was told they wouldn't be able to get to it till the following day. I just switched to this pharmacy because I moved so this was my first time there and I said that I've never been told they couldn't get to my prescription till the following day, especially when the pharmacy doesn't close till 8 at night. After remaining on hold for 30 minutes as I was told the manager wouldn't call me back, the manager got on the phone and was extremely rude. He started out by saying "first of all I am short staffed and second of all I just got off an hour and a half long conference call about COVID vaccinations. That's great your pharmacy took care of you and all, but here we do things different. But we will drop everything we are doing to help you. I got the regional manager's phone number and reached out to him to share my experience. Now again today, I called in to have a prescription refilled and was asked to please hold - after holding for 7 minutes, someone picked up the phone, asked a question, and then hung up the phone - I didn't even have the chance to say anything. I called back in and again was placed on hold. This phone call took 12 minutes, for 1 prescription. Once they picked up from placing me on hold, they told me I didn't have refills left even though I was looking at my account on Kroger.com AND provided the prescription number. After being placed on another long hold, they came back on the line and said they located a refill for that prescription but it had a different number. I have to laugh at this point, the amount of incompetent employees at one pharmacy is astonishing. A phone call which should have taken 5 minutes now lasted 19 minutes. I'm sure today's charade had something to do with my phone call to the regional manager. I'll just have to continue to share my experience all over social media when I go in. I mean just looking back at the other reviews, - perhaps I should have chosen a different pharmacy... guess I'll go back to the Kroger Pharmacy on Shore Drive - they were the best!!
