Klassy Nails II

Asked for an overlay and got bare minimum service. The lady who did my nails rushed through the whole process. She did not clean up around my cuticles and was left with hang nails and acrylic around my nails. The acrylic was stuck to my skin underneath my nail and was not sanded down. The acrylic is lumpy and not smooth. I asked for French nails and the painting process was also rushed so my French is different shapes. Some of my nails are already starting to separate and I got this done 3 days ago. Also went to pay and whoever took my payment made up a price off the top of their head. I was Charged $69 for an overlay & eyebrows. Work done & services performed definitely did not reflect $69.

There were so many things wrong with this place. Speaking from a sanitary point of view...there were no liners in the tubs...the person who removed my gel polish used a dremel tool instead of soaking them off...this was a pedicure, and instead of using a stainless steel pick to clean around the nails she used a "toothpick"...she reuses her gloves! She actually dried her hands with her gloves on and gently reused them for the next person..seriously...There are many other things. I will never, ever go back there again and I highly recommend that you rethink going there.

Drove around town trying to find a good salon. The two best rated were not taking clients or closed, so I settled here. I did not expect it to take 45 minutes to get my toenails cut. I did not expect to have the tech continue cutting into the side of my nail for an ingrown that did not exist. My nails were cut crooked and I was told they couldn't be straightened. The skin around my nails was clipped several times, even to the point of drawing blood. (They just kept spraying hydrogen peroxide on it, so I'm assuming this is a regular occurrence.) Only reason this is getting more than a one star is because the tech who painted my nails was very quick and efficient.

Best manicure and pedicure I ever had and I've had many! I will be going back for sure and make use of some of their other services also. This was my first time there but it won't be my last

My new "go-to" nail salon! Clean environment, friendly staff and great service. The technician that performed my pedicure was thorough and spent more time than most I have ever had. They are also great with children.

this was the worst experience of my life i showed her my reference picture and she did awful she was disrespectful she raising her voice and if i could give 0 stars i would please dont go here if you love your eyebrows
