Kiwanis Park

27 acres and featuring three lighted baseball fields, a playground, basketball court, picnic shelter and seven lighted tennis courts. Plenty of parking and lots of benches for the groupups to sit while the little ones are on the swing set. The picnic area is covered but does not have electricity.This park is located next to the James Blair Middle School.[Review 12161 overall, 1945 of 2019.]

Stopped here while waiting to be called that our table was ready at a local restaurant. Nice playground overall, but what puts it a cut above the rest is the ZIP-LINE. I have never seen such a long zip line for kids. They are usually about 10 feet long and pretty lame. This is really long. I wish I could give an accurate measurement but, I had to run to keep up with kids zipping along it. There is a round little seat for them to sit on as they careen down the line. Unless your kid is a tween, you will prob have to pick them up to get them on the seat. It sits a bit high.
