I am a rental home owner and worked with this company remotely to have everything done. They emailed swatches of their sturdiest carpeting and installed the color we picked. They also replaced a small area of floor tiles. Pretty smooth process. Within a few months, the seams in the middle of high traffic areas became a big problem. The edges were a little too stretched and didn't stay tacked in the high traffic areas. A few years later, the seams and edges in those areas are ripped open a few inches wide and look really bad. The carpet is also worn and needs to be replaced. It is too pricey to be replacing carpet every 3-5 years. The tile still looks good, though.
