I had the best associate experience ever. Tyler helped me with a new door and window repair. He made the process so easy and worked with my repair person over the phone. Kelloggs was also my supplier when I built my home 12 years ago. Thank goodness they are in our community!!!!! The Best!

I've never seen a more poorly run business. They don't return calls, don't tell you when your items have come in, and don't call you to set up install---you have to chase them down for answers. They finally set up install but installers never showed up--when I call to find out what's going on they tell me the truck broke down. Do you think they had the courtesy to call me???? WORST EVER!!

Fantastic customer service, help, supplies and education. The staff spent an amazing amount of time helping me.
