KC's Crabs and Cues

We went to KC with some out of town friends for dinner and pool. Since it was Valentine's Day they had a special menu which 3 of us ordered off of. I myself ordered a burger at the recommendation of our waitress, Heather. Not only was the service outstanding but the food was AWESOME! We enjoyed our evening so much. The food there is much better than some of the higher end restaurants in Kilmarnock. I highly recommend KC's Crabs and Cues.

Food and service was great very friendly I had the fried shrimp friend had the fried oysters they were also good

It is always the places on the path less traveled that are the hidden gems. Do not let the pool hall atmosphere turn you away. Great staff! Great simple quality seafood and fixins. Hushpuppies to die for. Various seafood plates to choose.

I think this is a solid 3-star restaurant. The menu is limited but what it offers is reasonably good. I just think for the prices, the food should be better than just basic recipes I could make at home. There is just nothing special about the restaurant's food or atmosphere. We go here because there aren't a lot of other options and because one member of our extended family does really like the soft shell crab sandwich. The tables feel a little sticky like they're not quite clean? The server was very nice although they appear to be understaffed, like a lot of restaurants these days. I won't complain if we end up going here but I'll never be the one to suggest it.

This is my favorite restaurant in town. Actually I can't think of many places that are better even when we go to the big city I love Casey's. Their food is great. The atmosphere is fun clean and I love everything about it. Hope you guys stay there for a long time.

This restaurant came highly recommended and I could see how they would normaly get 4- 41/2 stars but today there was only one waitress during lunch and she was doing what she could, but we waited more than 5 minutes before our drink order was taken and 2 of the 3 were wrong. We ordered extra crispy wings with ranch and bleu cheese...they were not crispy and no sauces. We also ordered 3 steak and cheese subs, 2 with jalapenos....only 1 had the peppers. We had to ask for tableware. Top it off?...we got the wrong check! We Will go back a second time to see if they've gotten any better after Coronavirus ,will keep you updated

Holy smokes... don't go to watch college football. So few working TVs was joke. Service and food were fine. Won't go back on a Saturday ... so many blank screens. (NOV 2021)

Regardless what food you order whether it be steak or seafood it's the best around the area. My wife and I have tried all restaurants in area from Tappahannock to Reedville and it's our favorite. Atmosphere is perfect, service is great and the cost is very reasonable!

We dined a while back and. Got shrimp and the crab dip I did like the dip the dip it just wasn't worth the money in my opinion and the shrimp tasted like when they cleaned them they had bleached the container they may have cleaned them with. The server was very sweet and they we're definitely quick to seat us and have us our food. I just don't think I'd personally be back for a while.

Great service. Great food. Had fresh raw oysters. I'm from New York State so that is hard to find. Will go back when on town again.
