Awesome staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they love what they do and go above and beyond for the customer service. I definitely recommend going on the dolphin tour, it's fantastic! I am a very good swimmer and have kayaked plenty but was still nervous by all the disclaimers/warnings on the website-- don't let those stop you if you know how to handle yourself in the water!

We did the kayak tour at Norfolk Botanical Gardens. Dan was outstanding as a guide. He identified the birds, trees, and plants for us along the banks of Lake Whitehurst and the tour was absolutely beautiful through the gardens! We ended the tour right at sunset. It was a perfect weekday afternoon trip. Thanks Dan for a great time!!

Went for a nice paddle with them to First Landing. Our group was a mix of seasoned kayakers, first timers, and even some young kids. The guides made sure there was something for everyone - amusing stories about the local history, lots of great information about the local wildlife, and information about the local seafood industry. There were opportunities to stretch legs onshore, and to explore the beach, or paddle the marsh. I would recommend this to anyone interested in a nice morning paddle.

This was an amazing tour that we did. We wanted to do the back bay tour but it was sold out! No worries, we did the first landing tour and it was very scenic. The guide (Nick) was nice and knowledgeable and we saw a lot of cool wildlife such as dolphins and crabs. There were oyster farms which was very neat. Very good company. I would definitely recommend this tour. Note: this tour is perfect for beginners. The pace was very easy and the kayaking very low-key. If you are looking for a physical challenge, this is not the tour for you.

Took my boyfriend for his birthday and we had a really nice and relaxing time! Dan, the tour guide, was cracking us up the whole time! Definitely recommend this trip!

We have been on many kayak trips with Kayak Nature Tours and have enjoyed all of them. We always have a great time admiring the beautiful scenery, and the guides are top-notch. They provide excellent customer service throughout our entire experience. I wasn't sure if I would be able to paddle through the whole trip, but the guide helped me learn to paddle efficiently and comfortably. This is a great experience for families, couples and singles. We loved looking over our pictures and videos after the trips too! The kids really loved seeing the dolphins up close!
