I moved away from Portsmouth a year and a half ago. However, my visits to Katys decreased before I moved. It was alot harder to go there after the pandemic because they were only allowing one customer at a time. They also stopped giving weekly health çlasses after the pandemic. You could also find alot of the items in other stores, for example, Amazon
