Just For the Beach Rentals - Corolla

My sister snooped our this rental company which allows one to rent chairs and umbrellas (and more according to their site) and have them set up and taken down, daily. What a relief it is to have this trouble taken care of for you prior to your arrival on the beach. The chairs are sturdy and recline. Though the umbrellas are good for shade, this year they were placed closed together and they didn't stay in place. This year's set seemed quite pricey for what we got. However I realize times are hard with coronavirus and whatnot.

Employees were very disrespectful. Not only were they looking at their phones while I was standing right at the counter talking to them; they weren't wearing masks and there was no sign they even had them. Made for a very uncomfortable experience in such a small space.

Didn't realize how far away the rental store was, so when I called to cancel the reservation, it was a hassle, and they were rude. Good customer service goes a long way, and you won't find it here.

I took a little spill on my bike this week. My tire was out of true, rubbing against the brakes. Got myself into this shop and the owner stopped everything he was doing and trued my wheel. NO CHARGE! Customer service as it's best. Great local shop with a good attitude and wanting to help. I highly recommend him without hesitation!
