We had so much fun here over Christmas 2023! We went for toddler time and the adults have just as much fun, if not more fun, than the kids!!

Lots of stuff for kids to play on. Great rainy day activity. However for the spectators there is incredibly limited seating, so being pregnant and wanting to find a place to sit is difficult.

Giving two stars because ours boys did enjoy the trampoline park. However, very disappointed in the business side of things. Came for toddler time today (Wednesday morning from 10-12). It is advertised on their website, as well as on their price board as being $13 for two hours with one kid and one adult. However, the man there informed us that they aren't doing that anymore during the summer and they haven't had time to fix it. When I asked if he would still be honoring it, he laughed at how ridiculous it was that I even asked that question. He ended up giving us a small discount, but still charging my one year old a full amount (which should have been free). There were so many people behind us that I didn't want to get into a fuss over it. But I was very disappointed that it wasn't just a time for toddlers to jump and also that they didn't honor what they said on the website and at the location. There were people who waited in line over an hour to get in- they have a lot to work on as far as logistics and management go. It worked for a rainy day at the beach, but would much rather a place with friendlier staff. Also know that Wednesday toddler time is not a thing despite everywhere saying it is!

In OBX for spring break. Pouring today and we came to Jumpmasters. They were pretty flexible about scheduling. Was pretty busy today. They were staffed okay. A lot of people jumping and also in the axe area (looks fun). Kids had a blast. The business computers were a bit wonky. I was double charged (they resolved promptly) and some people were waiting to input their waivers. Manager/owner was very nice. Reasonably priced for the time. 16$ for an hour. Plus the mandatory $3 socks. A lot of fun. We'd definitely go back.

When we pulled up to the front I was like oh my...but the inside was really nice. An hour of jumping was only like $35 for 2 kids, it was pretty cheap. They have a small arcade as well & offer drinks & snacks for purchase. You can take your own water bottle in with you though. The kids had a great time.

Watch out for the socks!Read the fine print on the website (if you can find it): you are required to buy socks ($3 per person) in order to jump. Ok, not part of the advertised price, but most of us just pay the extra fee.But...if you have big feet, you're in for disappointment. My son and I have size 14 and 15 feet. The socks that Jumpmasters required us to buy weren't large enough to cover our feet. We asked for larger socks, but they only have the one adult size. We offered to use our own (clean) socks that we brought with us, but they said that was not possible. At an impasse, we asked for and received a full refund and apologized to our disappointed son.
