Juicy King Crab House

The food was delicious. I like how there are so many different choices to choose from. The service was amazing. I love our service from Veena she made sure we were taken care of the whole night. The ambiance was giving the vibe of captain jack sparrow lol. But all in all enjoyed myself and they didn't miss the beat with making me and my guests feeling welcome. Thank you all for setting up right and enjoying our dinner together.

I ordered the shrimp boil cajun style. It was delicious. I did add a side of corn and potatoes. The price is good and service was great. Would definitely recommend and eat there again

I've been to the Hampton location a few times with the hubs. Juicy King Crab House is located in a small outdoor shopping center next to Goodwill. I was given the option between this and mission Bbq, but I took too long to decide while standing in the parking lot, that my sweetie said let's just go here lol.Upon entering we were greeted warmly by the manager. She shared the waitress never showed up for her shift, so she was handling the front and back of house. She was in great spirits and provided us with menus, and shared we had made it close to the end of happy hour. Great customer service so far. We placed an order of hush puppies and fried shrimp for appetizers. For the main we were going to share the special combo K4. It came with corn, potato, 1/2 of shrimp, 1/2 snow crab legs, and 1/2 of sausage. I also ordered rice and a level of extreme hot sauce on the side. For the K4 Combo it was the juicy king crab special with medium heat. Don't want the hubs hiccups to get out of hand ;)The apps took a while to come out. About 25-30 minutes, but that's to be expected when there's one cook, and one manager juggling multiple responsibilities servicing a few tables. Once the bag of seafood came to the table we had the bucket ready. The tool to break the crab legs was not provided, so we had to wait a bit till we saw the manager to request one. The shrimp was great and the seasoning was flavorful. I ended up using the sauce as a Marinade on the rice. As for the sausage I was not a fan. The texture and taste felt of low quality. Overall, not bad and we will be back again. Recommend ordering more potatoes and corn. There is additional costs, but their sauce will make your tastebuds thank you. Please be patient as food will take some time due to staffing shortages.

Cute hidden seafood spot. Great food & awesome prices compared to mainstream seafood restaurants (nice portions as well) -with even better service. Our server was very attentive & top notch at what she does! Will be back again with some friends!!

We came here a few times. The first was pretty good. The next was ehh. The last is the reason we won't be back. The last visit was absolutely terrible. Our waiter disappeared. We asked another waiter for assistance. They said that they weren't the waiter for our table. When our waiter finally came, she literally dropped the food on our table that another table saw her shook their head, got up and straight left. Our fries had fallen everywhere, no apologies or replacement but an eye roll. When we complained they just said you can leave no tip. No discount for our fries falling everywhere. Food was like eating spoonful of salt. Asked for unsweet tea, got sweeten. Asked for it to be fix, got an eye roll. Just do yourself a favor and don't go here. Save the time, money, and headache.

Tonight's dinner Togo was disappointing, i ordered a 1/2 pound of shrimp and lobster tail with the special sauce. I received a watered down version of what i have had the previous times I've eaten here. Both my shrimp and lobster tail were over cooked as well. 2 stars for the great staff that i know works in the front and the corn was still perfect. I also ordered something for a family member, she had the same opinions regarding her boil. I'm now thinking that it depends on who is working the day you go that determines the quality of your order.

Just ate here and had the best waitress ever Veena was really good at recommending me a drink and made sure I was taking care of !

Ordered from here twice yesterday and didn't get my food at all. I've ate here before but not getting food is crazy

The food is great and the staff is nice. The music is always a good vibe. Would come back every weekend if i could.
