Sophia convinced me to have a Mexican meal on a Sunday afternoon after we went to the movies. We went here twice a year ago so it was overdue for an update. Would the visit result in a happy face?We were seated very quickly after walking inside and granted quick service. Like before, the entire area is spotless. It did have a nice crowd when we arrived. It didn't take long for us to order minutes after seating. I selected a burrito bowl with steak as the protein. Included were rice, lettuce, pico de gallo, pinto beans, cheese, avacado and slaw. A very good meal indeed. Once each ingredient was mixed together, it came out perfect. You can never go wrong with a dish that makes you full. The only slight negative I have is including avacado slices in the meal. I prefer guacamole which is easier to mix, even though I did cut some slices. Nonetheless, it was great. Sophia ordered xangos for dessert (not pictured) and I could only eat half of one piece, so she had more to finish...ha!!A win-win for both of us. We will be back real soon for more. I had a decent lunch. The ladies at the front were friendly enough.My server was strictly professional. Not rude nor mean, just professional without any banter.The food was edible. I'd been there before and had better.Not my favorite place but better than a couple of other places I'd visited.Oh don't fall in the men's bathroom. That could be a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I wanted an easy meal. Something not too expensive. Asked if I could have carnitas for the meat on my taco salad and was told to have a seat. Food came out with the salad with carnitas. Bill came later... $4.00(!!!!) for my one hot tea bag...& $3.50 "extra guacamole" to PAY FOR THE CARNITAS. My 12.00 meal was 25.00 after tip and tax. Never again coming to this place. I spoke to the guy up front and he said, "It's not my business." While I understand he doesn't own it, there's serious lack of integrity in this place. Well, I would like to know whose it is because customer service is not their strength for helping us enjoy it enough to return.

I spent $28 on DoorDash for this. I should have learned my lesson by now about this restaurant. My taco came with just ground beef, no lettuce or cheese. The bag of chips and salsa that it normally comes with was absent. The rice literally has no flavor. The chile relleno is GROSS. This used to be my favorite restaurant but it's disgusting now!

Came to eat here only because it was close to the closed Smoothie Shop which was our first choice. We are here for a basketball tournament so we didn't have a lot of time driving around to find a bite to eat. Came in and was seated just fine. Waiter was very helpful but when I received Burria eggrolls the meat was really tough and after taking one bite we asked if they could change my item for something else on the menu. Manager proceeds to say no one has ever complained about it so if I wanted to get something else I would have to still pay at least half the price for the burria eggrolls along with another meal if I choose to get something else. WTF? Where do they do that at? I never been to a restaurant that didn't allow to exchange for something else if "I" the customer didn't like it. I only took one bite and could not even chew through the tough leather meat. Also threatened to call the police on us if we tried to leave when we only wanted to pay for our kids meals and our drinks (items we actually ate).After making us wait for a resolution..he called the police on us. They showed up and the resolution was the original one we agreed to in the first place. Wasting taxpayer money for the same outcome is insane. BE AWARE: if you go here the menu says "NO REFUNDS" which to the staff that means they won't even exchange your meal out and give you a replacement. To them that means pay half for the food you didn't want and pay full for the next item you get.

We were looking for a place to eat that wasn't too far from the highway, while on our way back from the Outer Banks. Food was actually surprisingly look, as was the service. We had the fajitas California, street Steak Tacos and kid's meal with chicken tacos. The decor was nice too!

Stopped in here for dinner tonight- I couldn't even eat half of this entree. The meat was extremely fatty, definitely not what I would expect. The fatty meat and the overall greasier taste would absolutely make me not order this again. I have ate here before and the food was better then. Our waitress was friendly and attentive and kept our drinks full. So I will still give four stars- this dish is a 2 star dish.

Upon walking in it felt large. Great space. Music was a bit loud. Chips were different. I was not a big fan of them. But, that is merely my opinion. I have had better. But, the table side guacamole Our waitress was working our table and a table of 20. I think she had other tables as well. It was so hard for her going through all of that. Not her fault. We were left unattended for about 25 minutes. When our food arrived we never saw our waitress until we were done. I asked for a dessert menu and had my selections picked out. But, the waitress was MIA for about 15 min. So I never ordered it. The burrito bowl my friend had mentioned that it was a little dry. So next time she would add pick, salsa or sour cream. She did enjoy it. My fajitas were plentiful. But, the ride they had with them was bland. In the end I am not against going back, but there are better locations to get your Mexican food.

We've eaten at Juan's Cantina & Grill for awhile, we've always found the food and service very good, recently we visited Juan's on Easter Sunday 2024, unfortunately the food was not as good as it has been in the past, the food was edible but mediocre, perhaps they changed cooks? The Servers were as good as always, l would have rated the food 2 stars, but l added the 3rd star for the excellent service, their salsa lacks a lot, they need to work on that condiment.

I haven't been to Juan's in awhile but have enjoyed it in the past. It was not a pleasant experience. We ordered street tacos ans enchiladas. Both were subpar with little flavor and some of the worst tortillas I've every had. The service was also disappointing. I had to ask for white sauce and water multiple times. The restaurant was probably 25 percent full so it wasn't busy??? I will not return.
