I absolutely adore this little party store. They have every cute, trendy item for whatever you're hosting! From llamas to mile stone adult parties- their products won't make your party feel straight out of a 90's Party City catalog. It's Instagram and 2021 ready. This stuff is quality! It's goes way beyond the classic party vibe and elevates your celebrations to an event and experience for everyone involved.They also can make custom decorations like balloon arches and custom wall cut outs. If you've got a theme they can work with you to recommend the best product combinations to bring your party to life! Most recently I came here for my boyfriend's 39th birthday and was able to find the perfect combination of items to make the celebration feel like an experience and was perfect for the man who "hates birthday parties" who is dating someone who plans events as part of her job.

I had a brief yet amazing experience here recently. My 29th Birthday is in a month, and I've been in the process of working with a few local photographers for birthday photoshoots, so I can here for some balloons. When I walked in, Kim gave me a friendly greeting right off the bat and then proceeded to help me find the exact balloons that I was looking for. All in all, it was a pleasant transaction and I owe a big thanks to Kim and Jollity & Co. for helping make these photoshoots a success! I will be definitely be coming back to buy any more birthday/party related supplies I may need in the future.

As far as merchandise goes, this place offers very unique and fun items for any party occasion. There are tons of options and party supplies are organized by theme, which is both helpful and aesthetically pleasing. The store itself is very clean and the staff have always been more than friendly and helpful.However, the three stars given on this review were based on my experience yesterday. I went in to search for birthday balloons for my daughter's second birthday as Dollar Tree was completely out and Party City was too far. I purchased two large balloons (a donut and a #2) as well as three rose colored balloons and three clear balloons with confetti. The balloons themselves came to $22; pricey, but expected from a specialty party store. The real shock came when I was charged $29 for HELIUM. I'm aware that there was a helium shortage earlier in the year, but to charge more for the helium than the actual balloons is insanity. I reluctantly paid, assuming the balloons were the majority of the cost. I did not receive an itemized breakdown until my receipt was emailed to me. This is when I realized that the bulk of the total was for helium. Twenty-four hours later and the latex balloons are already collapsed on my living room floor. You'd think with the quality of the balloons and the charge for the oh-so-precious gas they'd last a little longer; I had baby shower balloons that lasted literal weeks. This is extremely disappointing and seems unnecessary to charge that much; it feels like highway robbery.

I wanted to like this store. Their merch is unique (I'll give them that), but I felt bummed out when they never reached back to me for booking their rental room. I waited and waited. I was in the area for work and wanted to do a photo shoot of my beautiful balloon garlands. Still waiting for the email... Maybe next time...

If you are looking to host a party then you absolutely have to visit this place! I attended their holiday event and it was very beautifully done as it their entire shop! They literally have every type of party item that you could ever dream of and many that you didn't even know you needed! I will share that I found some of the items to be over-priced and ones that could be purchased elsewhere for less but at the same time, there are many well priced items that would absolutely stand out at a party! I would suggest going to the shop and previewing all their beautiful ideas and making a plan of what you need and going from there! You will find unique pieces to include in your party that guests will absolutely love!Finally, check them out because they host private events and other specific craft events there that are definitely worth a try!

I was super excited to have my son's 1st birthday party at this location. During our first tour the staff was nice, polite, and the venue was super cute & clean. I've had this party planned for months, speaking to Sydney here and there if I had any questions. I have a several points that I would like to discuss in this review. The day of my son's party the event space's tables were dirty along with the chairs. The owner had to go in and clean them during the time that I paid to set up.This location does not have a large dumpster for their clients to dump their trash., so my family had to dump the trash down the street at another dumpster. Also there's no diaper changing station. You all hosts kids parties but don't have a space for mother's to change their babies? In the contract, it states you have to spend 130.00 worth of party supplies at this location, which I DID 3 weeks prior to my son's party. I so happened to call Jollity and Co a few days before the party to ask if they had an oven and was informed then, that 6 of the items that I ordered online were not available and that I had to select other options on the day of my son's party. All of the items that were presented to me DID NOT match his theme, therefore I did not want to spend my hard-earned money on items I didn't need nor want. I should not be at fault for your mistake. You all have items listed on your website for purchase that you all do not have in stock.I tried my best to find items in the store that I could use for my credit, and ended up FORCED TO BUY something I did not want, instead of giving me a full refund the owner told me I would be violating her contract if I did not buy something right then and there. The owner told me that I could have purchased the items that I had for my sons decor from her , not knowing that I already had a lot of these items on hand from prior parties I've hosted. Plus, it was not her business to tell me where and what I should have purchased. This comment was totally unnecessary. I was treated horrible by the owner, and she came off in a passive aggressive manner. Surprisingly. this event space has 4.8 stars, which is awesome for her being that this is her own business. But personally I would never recommend this location due to my horrible experience. I pray and hope that future customers to come have a better experience then I did. My son's first birthday should have been a joyous occasion but the owner seriously ruined it. I left in tears because of how I was talked to by her.

A true lifesaver! I've been in Jollity once before and bought these cool handmade party poppers they sold, which I loved. However, I hadn't reviewed it then. So I'm glad I went back. My friend and I came in to find something last minute for an event she was decorating. We couldn't find a specific color, and we were desperate. We found beautiful options here, and the prices were a perfect match. I believe in you get what you pay for, and the quality and price match perfectly. I love it. The amount of options are insane! We'd ask for random colors and things, and she'd POP out from the back like a fairy god mother with an assortment! LOL. Plus, let me add the icing on the cake...the store dog Maggie! She is truly the bestest girl btw. I absolutely adored the amount of various themes, color schemes, and little treats they have to offer. As we walked around I found so many ideas and options for future gatherings I've been waiting to plan. I for sure will be back for my next event. You're a savior, ladies!

Absolutely loved Jollity & CO!! I had my baby shower here (March 23rd) and it was absolutely amazing. All the staff were incredible and super sweet. Especially Ms. Sydney! She was patient with me all the way through the planning process. It's really hard to find a venue in this area that won't over charge you! Jollity & co fell right into my budget. You can bring your own food, drinks, and more. And that's saying something because half of these places make you cater through their business or charge you extra. The decorations there are spectacular! They have such a huge variety of decor. Everything is nice and clean the day of your event. They will have whatever specific floor plan you had set up for you, so you won't have to worry about moving things around.Everything turned out the way I wanted it! And my husband gives it two thumbs up. I recommend everyone to book their events here!

Soooo adorable! They have a balloon bar so we were able to fill a 3' opaque balloon with various styles of pink confetti for ~$10. Cheaper than Amazon and the confetti was so adorable + customizable! Staff was so sweet and helpful. Much nicer experience than Party City or whatever. Highly recommend for the detail-oriented party planner!

This is the cutest party shop. I live near by and came across it walking. They were able to create this champagne ballon arch to assist with my sister's 30th birthday. I walked in the morning of to place the order and was able to leave the afternoon with the balloons. This is a boutique shop, so I expected the prices to be more expensive, but they were not unreasonably expensive.
