Guriel gave us great customer service, and the ice cream is delicious. The seating outside was perfect to watch the people and traffic pass by. 100% recommend if you get the chance.

Best beach ice cream in OBX. Love all the flavors they offer, there's something for everybody.

This used to be called Scoops. I'm not sure when they changed over. It's exactly the same. I got a mint chip dish. He got an Oreo sugar cone. They were both good. I wanted a scoop but it ended up being more like 3 scoops. I finished it all anyway so I guess they know best! We ate out on the deck at the tables overlooking the dunes. Social distancing protocols were good. The workers were so kind and hard working but this place is severely understaffed. I felt so bad for them. One worker was on for a busy night. The Eskimo kisses icecream (coconut and fudge) was so creamy and ooey gooey with a melt in your mouth sensation. I NEED to go back because it was so bussy bus!
