Solid store front take-out Chinese restaurant. Customer Service : 5/5 The woman behind the counter who i also believe took my order was nice. Let me know to grab any sauces I needed. Was also quoted the right time for when my order would be done. Food: 4/5. Wound be a 5/5 of the egg drop soup wasn't so salty! The chicken with mixed vegetables, the sweet and sour chicken and the crab Rangoon were all very good. It's your typical take out Chinese restaurant so the ambiance is fine. Seemed pretty clean too!

Egg rolls are delicious! I love how they smell and taste delicious! The shop was nice. They are behind some trees but it wasn't hard to locate the store. The service was friendly! I wanted just a snack but I will definitely return to try more food here!

This review could be a bit hyperbolic but I've been trying to find a decent "Chinese" takeout place in Newport News. Let's just say I've tossed out more than I've ate. Jing Jing was on the list and we finally tried it. FINALLY! We ordered the usual, chicken teriyaki sticks, chicken lo mein, dumplings and chicken and vegetables. Everything was spot on fresh tasting and delicious. This is a huge deal for us to find not just a "decent" place for takeout but actually a really good one. Gonna stop my round of disappointment and keep eating here for awhile. Yay!!

This is our "go to" place when we're wanting Chinese food. The staff is always so friendly and the food is always delicious. The portions are huge and prices are not bad at all. They have some seating in the restaurant but we always get it to go. We order online and it's always so quick and easy. Yesterday we ordered and took it home, I got a call from the restaurant because they found out they forgot to give us something (which has never happened btw). We didn't even open our food yet, so I wasn't aware at all. They sent the delivery driver out to give our food, that was amazing and much appreciated especially since im pregnant and was craving what was missed . The service is amazing and genuine.

The food here is great but sometimes i believe that I am the only where it's never been a consistent price. I always order the same thing but I have never experienced how a location with 3 different prices for the same item and yet blame the customer for having a supposedly a outdated to go menu. I accepted it and went back and again the price was different and the math didn't add up, so rather argue about it. I ended up just not going back to them and won't be back until the day comes I get very very lazy to cook.I only say this because it makes me wonder if anyone else has noticed this about this place. It would be nice to see this place create a menu with set prices and not fluctuate so much or just saw that their prices change constantly.

Good "local" Chinese restaurant. I don't live near this establishment. Had a client who wanted "shrimp egg-foo-yung," so searched this establishment out. We dined in. Their bathroom wasn't available for use "because of Covid." Ah, ok...They did have lots of hand sanitizer. Food was decent. Hospitality, basic, but nice. I'd do take out there again.
