Ordered two sandwiches and both were wrong. One I asked for no onions and tomato's with extra cheese. It didn't have extra cheese and had both onions and tomato's on it. Paid an extra dollar for the extra I didn't get. The other sandwich I asked for extra meat and cheese and it had neither. Paid an extra two dollars for that which I didn't receive.

This location plays loud and offensive rap music. I find the vulgar language offensive and it is difficult to hear the order takers. I do not recommend this place.

I brought my parents here to eat, my dad and I had the #15 and the tuna really had no flavor no salt or pepper added. The soda fountain, all the soda was gross tasted like pool water! I won't be back here ever again.

Jimmy John's had a promotion for their new toasted subs. You could get one FREE with your account. I ordered my sandwich to be picked up at 11am. I only waited a few minutes for my order and the sandwich was fresh and delicious! The staff was friendly and polite! Thank you for a great experience today!

Who even eats Jim John's ? This places as a whole establishment sucks . Subs suck , and they don't even toast or warm a single thing . You can just go to food lion and get your own cold cuts and make the exact same sub , only better cause a bum ass KID isn't making it .

Pulled up at 8:50 (they close at 10) and waited.. pulled around the building to make sure the light was still on and there were still two workers inside. Proceeded back to the line and waited, then pulled around to the window and waited. Worker walked past the window twice and never acknowledged me, once i pulled past the window he then watched me leave from the counter. This has been the ONLY jimmy johns I've ever had problems with and also the only sub shop that I've seen run out of bread in the middle of the day. Multiple wrong orders in the past, and unfortunately the only jimmy johns close to me. Check your stuff before you leave AND make sure you get there hours before they close.

Ordered a BLT mini, got home no bacon. Brought it back and THEY gave an attitude. They questioned "no bacon" I said as u can see no bacon. They didn't even offer anything extra or sorry that happened. The last time I was at this facility they had a child sitting on the food counter. I would not recommend this place....AT ALL. It's filthy dirty.
