Service is absolutely terrible. I don't order jimmy John's very often but this one is close to my house & every single time they forget one or multiple things I order & this time specifically I requested they add bacon which is an additional charge only to get home & realize they didn't even put the bacon on my sandwich that I was charged for. This is the last time I will order from this location

Please get off Door Dash! This place cancels my orders more often than not. They use their "own drivers" but never seem to have one. Frustrating! Stop taking DoorDash orders then. I'll be waiting for the order, it will show completed, then no food. All to see Jimmy John's canceled and wants me to contact DoorDash.

All bread and not much else. I went through the Drive-Thru, no other customers at all, and gave my order at least 3 times before I thought they had it right (still got it wrong). I ordered a 16" Turkey Tom (the #4) with lettuce only and add cheese. I also ordered a #13, a Jimmy Cubano with everything. I pointed out to the guy at the window that I was supposed to have one 16" sub in the order and they argued if they canceled the order to redo it would take days to hit my account. They added a second 8" sub. When I got home I had 3 subs with turkey and cheese only and hardley any turkey on any of them. I can get a better sub at SubWay. It was almost 7PM and I was too disgusted to call them. I won't go back. When I tried to go online to issue a complaint, the main website blocks you from completing the form. It's ridiculous.
