Jessy's Tienda

Jessy's Tienda is a small store attached to the Jessy's Taqueria next door. They have a number of Mexican and other Latin products like grocery items, meats and pottery. Before I left, I noticed the baked goods. The fat kid inside me was very excited! Sweet tooth was taken care of.

Nothing like it was a few years ago.Place is dirty-Furniture is a hot mess. Worn out.Its almost better to sit outside whens it is real hot.. The inside is a steam pot- Poor Ventilation-I used to love coming here, I think they are living off the re-runs of Triple D at this point- Pretty Sure Guy F wouldn't set foot in here any more.The food as lost most of its flavor not sure what has changed- I got the street tacos 3 mixed it up. The alpastor was dry and lacked any hint of flavor- The Taco shell where so soggy like that sat in a grease vatThe Margarita's are pure mix-Not a fan anymore..

Rude staff. Crowded. They charge for chips and salsa. Food is ok, but small portions. Parking is not easy. Not worth all the trouble, and doesn't live up to the hype.

I love Jessys food. I've had from their panaderia, and I've eaten their tacos so many times and loved them. But today I was a little grossed out. I bought some mix to make flour tortillas, and rice. When I got home and opened the package of flour, I noticed what looked like maggots that had just died... all over inside... I don't know how that happens but I'm quite grossed out now. Later, I then noticed little black bugs crawling around inside the sealed bag of rice! Needless to say, I'm going to be returning these and expressing concern because this is absolutely disgusting and something that needs to be addressed however possible.

This place is sooo good! The food, the drinks, and the fact that has a store with all kinds of Mexican products is a big plus. Fresh cheese, chorizo, sweet bread... I just wish they still had the fresh pork rinds, they were delicious!

Food was mediocre at best. I ordered two tacos with lingua and the meat was dried out. My wife ordered a relleno and it came to the table cold and when we sent it back it came back looking horrible.
