Jersey Mike's Subs

I was in town visiting my grandson who loved Jersey Mikes. I've never had it. I am on a Gluten Free diet however and Jersey Mikes offers Gluten Free bread. We ate here twice. The first time was the Italian with GF bread. The bread is pretty good! I was surprised. They to special care in preparing mine. I appreciated that. Completely separate area from the others. Sadly the sandwich was a tad dry and flavorless. The second time I had the Roast Beef and Provolone. It was better. All in all I'd say it's worth going to for the Gluten Free. It was a clean and well lit place as well with friendly staff. Give it go!

Pass on this location. Just ordered a sandwich on the app. App site states that the store is open til 6pm and that my sandwich will be ready for pick up at 5:17pm. Showed up at 5:15 and the store is closed. 2 girls working their told me that I have to pick up my sandwich tomorrow. I just finished letting corporate know how is it ever possible to order food off your app and then the store is closed and tells you that they can't give you a refund and you have to pick up your sandwich tomorrow? Complete BS.Update to the review. As you can see below, Jersey Mikes owner offered no explanation or recourse to make things right. Just the "give us another try."

Just spent over $16 on a sub, came back to work with it, wasn't at all what I ordered. The subs are normally good, just how they are doing the orders is not good..

Inconsistent hours. Location closed during lunch on Monday, and wouldn't take my order at 5:35 today (supposed to close at 6).

Try it for the first time.it took 30 mins just to order.it was at the start of lunch for the military but took time to make the food and to long to pay. I will not go back to you business.

Great subs and service. I order with the app on my phone and it's always ready on time.
