I've eaten at dozens of Jersey Mikes locations across the country. This is the first one I felt I should have walked out of. There were a total of three customers, including myself in the restaurant. Both of the others had already ordered. Completely ignored for at least 5 minutes. Finally, one of the employees decided she'd have to acknowledge me, asked on of the other employees if she would take my order. " He can wait, I'm busy" was the response. I should have left then. Another couple of minutes, and my order was finally taken. Then I watched as they processed 4 to go orders, before finally making my sandwich. Sloppiest sub I've ever had at JM put together by people who clearly didn't care. I've never seen the counter maintained so poorly. Restaurant just seems dirty. If this had been my first Jersey Mikes experience, it would have been my last. Do yourself a favor and try another location. Employees may care elsewhere. They certainly don't here.

The staff was not friendly and the lady on the grill had some sort of a melt down about making giant subs. Which is what we had just ordered 3 of. She then proceeded to go to the cold section and put her hands in the onions (playing with them). After which she wiped her face with the gloved hand and continued to work on the grill, all while still complaining. The ambiance was dirty. It had food all over the floor and the tables were nasty. The original lady that took our order was nice but she looked so unhappy with her counterpart.

Nice spot! This is such a nice jersey mikes! Idk if it's new or not but it definitely has that new look! Employee was nice and omg was the food delicious!!cooked very well and the perfect amount of chipotle sauce!! Will come back! Friendly service as well!

They'll make customers wait in line while they do online orders w/o any acknowledgment. If one person steps away no one can slide in to help out not even the "manager. "I'm on a 30 min lunch. Got there and waited in line for 10 minutes in line for them to complete online orders while customers were standing in line, with no acknowledgment, I asked the manager as he walked by the line several times to grab drinks for online customers "do really really have tot just stand here and wait for y'all to complete those before y'all got to us." He replied "no she's (person slicing the meat) getting to y'all now." So she builds the sandwich and the girl who was dressing them decides to pause right as my sandwich gets to her. Then she decides to help the customers behind figure out what they usually order. I was flabbergasted!!! Then the manager, instead of picking up where she left off just stands and then asks me "if I wanted chips and drink?" I replied "no, I just want my the sandwich." He continues to stand there and says "oh, we'll she'll help you when she's done writing," instead of stepping in her place. So I walked tf out.I don't know what kind of lackadaisical, derelict Jerseys Mike this is, where during lunch everyone is nonchalant and passive but if the manager is acting like that I see why the employees would too. Wasted my whole 30 mins of my break with 17 of it waiting in a line to not even get my food. Smh

Service here used to be good has gone way down- their food is not as fresh as it used to be. They never have enough staff to meet the demand of its customers.Prices have recently gone up which makes it worse -
