Jerk Sauce

My apologies for the late update, the business contacted me, apologized, and refunded the money. Customer service has always been top notch. I've ate there many times since then and plan to pre-order some of their Rasta-pasta dishes.

I truly loved this place until today, arrived late, called & told me it was no yams & then i decided to call back to ask for extra sauce & she says I was actually about to call you back nobody prepped so we have nothing ready. Like wtf kind of restaurant doesn't prep!? They charge why too much to be doing shit as such never again

It was first time in there today. I didn't even know they had a lunch special and they made sure to let me know that there was one- so that's what I'm grubbing on right now. I got the jerk chicken with Mac and cheese and I also got oxtail gravy drizzle on my order. Normally places make you pay for even the oxtail gravy- I don't ever mind it, but today it was on the house. I think I just found my Thursday/Friday lunch spot. Best part: it's spacious on the inside and they get things done quickly and efficiently. Ps: the jerk chicken falls off of the bone when you get to digging right into it. I love that! And the Mac and cheese is outstanding. If you haven't ate here yet you're missing out.

Stopped by for some ox tail and some goat. The food is good, portions aren't bad, but the interior needs a lot of help/revamp. Would be nice to see some lovely indoor plants, comfortable seating, and maybe some beautiful prints of Jamaica, OR tropical prints of some kind. The lack of ambiance is off putting, but if you take your food to-go .... No biggie. I'm hoping that post covid this place really kicks off. They have the food, they just need to bring some love/passion into the restaurant.

How can two restaurants owned by the same person be so different (Island Jamaica.) This one is nowhere near the quality of the food as the other. I could not finish this meal, the Jerk Chicken was so loaded/covered with barbecue sauce that I could not taste the chicken and the rice was "burned" tasting. Truly disappointing considering how good the food is at the other location.

Save your money. I ordered BROWN STEW SNAPPER this is what they sent. They told me they had two different sizes one for $21 one for $23. I ordered the bigger one. I've never in all my life had a snapper this freaking small. I'm guessing the other size they would have sent me a golf fish. To top it all off this nasty ass shit was $38.00 don't order from here

My FAVORITE Jamaican place in Hampton! The food is always so fresh & delicious. The portion sizes for the prices are amazing, I'm always have left overs. I wish I could photos but I only remember to take photos after I've destroyed the plate but anything in the menu is great idea. I've had their curry shrimp alfredo, jerk chicken, oxtail, jerk shrimp alfredo. Their fresh made juices are also absolutely amazing! The customer service is always great, even if they mess up they're really good at fixing it quickly, even when they're busy. One day I'll remember to take photos before I destroy everything in front of me.

They have the most inviting and professional staff which is rare in today's food service. They definitely aim to please!

We came here for the first time. My wife and I ordered beef patties- awesome flavor & freshly made. Much much better than the freeze brand.

This place ..... the food is so disgusting .... Don't go to this place . Jerk chi look like boild chicken then seasoned. this food to a waste of money.
