Great day trip for bait fish , caught blue fish and croakers. Cleaning stations cut board and wash hoses. Bait shop and bathrooms on site, friendly funny staff, no alcohol. You do have to pay.

This fishing pier was renovated over winter and it shows! New smell of fresh lumber, bait cutting board, benches, and random Gazebo on the pier. They have real bathrooms and very clean. Bait is available for sale - bloodworms $10 per dozen which is very reasonable. Large parking lot and open 24 hours. Great place to bring the family.

Won't be back. The staff are friendly beyond measure but they don't have the power to kick bullies off the pier that ruin it for everyone. The locals actually crisscross their poles so you can't get to the end of the pier. Then when you do, you start getting yelled at by a wanna be football coach trying to run you off! Well I'll spend my tourism dollars elsewhere. The pier should have zero tolerance for pestering others to the point of ruining their experience. We've been all over the east coast and never got treated like this.
