This was my 1st time here. I tried crab Rangoon... it was very good, just a touch sweet. The sesame chicken , we really enjoyed. We also had beef lo mein. These items are our go to when trying a new place. It passed with flying colors. It's a typical Chinese restaurant atmosphere. Nothing fancy. Not dirty at all. But if they were to get fancy , the menu price would reflect that, so no thanks! This place is just fine the way it is. Now as for other reviews on yelp, no one was rude to me over the phone while placing my order or in the store when picking up. A what looked to be a teenager rang me up and gave me my food but this is part of the Asian culture, family sticks together and tend to be very close. If she is under the working age of the law , it does not bother me that she helps out around her parents place of business. She's probably going to run it next. But to each their own. I'm definitely coming back , fast, fresh and friendly is all I ask for.

Really disappointed in this place this last visit. The customer service has went down so badly. The young girl at the counter absolutely did not want to be there. Not at all. They messed our order, which is the first time that ever happened, but when we called to let them know, it was a hassle and the woman started ridiculously screaming at her employees while we were still on the phone. My food was a little over spiced compared to usual. The inside never looks necessarily good, but it seems to be clean. This time there was some overhead lights flickering so bad it was messing with my head. I couldn't have eaten in there just because of that alone. Once I go back I'll update my review. They're pretty convenient as far as where I live, so I'm positive I'll end up back there eventually.

Although we don't live nearby, my wife and I always order takeout when we visit our friends less than a mile away. I wish Jackie Chen was in Virginia Beach.Ive spent 3 years in Asia and this place reminds me of one of the hundreds of chinese takeouts in Hong Kong.
