It Can Be Coffee

Found this place on accident, but I'm so glad that I was able to stop by. The other day I was leaving Mea Culpa, and drove by their mural. My interest was peaked and the next day I found myself walking in. This coffee shop is located inside torch yoga, which originally used to be on Granby. Now their new location is complete with a coffee area to serve people after a sweaty yoga session.I got to meet the Lily, the owner of It Can Be Coffee Co., and she is definitely passionate about what she does. She was very kind and patient answering all the questions my husband had about her upbringing in the coffee community. I ordered the lavender honey latte, and it was incredible. The espresso was dialed in, and the drink was just perfection. While I drank my coffee I got to look around the merch she has off to the side. It's so cute, and I will definitely be back to buy a cap. She also has pastries, that I didn't get during this visit, but will next time. Seating is a little limited, but there are tables outside where you can sit in a group. If you want, you can also take your coffee to go, and stop by handsome biscuit which is just across the street. Please support local, come pay this little shop a visit.

The cutest coffee shop inside a yoga studio. Anna the barista made an amazing brown sugar latte. Definitely a must try coffee spot!

Located in the Ghent area of Norfolk inside the Torch Yoga studio is the quaint little coffee shop. It's run by Lily, who is an amazing person! She gave me the run down on how here journey into coffee came to be, while so made some delicious drinks. I had a dirty chai, the espresso shot was so balanced, and blended well with the chai. While we waited my wife got to walk around the yoga studio, and see what the facility is like. Inside there's a couple bar stools, and a couch. Outside there are two picnic tables that can be used during the warm months. I enjoyed this impromptu visit, and look forward to enjoying this new coffee spot.

obsessed with the brown butter cookie latte!!! I think about it in my dreams... every coffee, matcha, smoothie and pastry ive gotten is always so tasty and their in house syrups are truly some of the best! thanks Lily
