Island Smoothie

Popped in for a brunch treat. We ordered açaí bowls. The ordering was easy and staff was friendly and wearing masks. They can make adjustments to their bowls if you want to switch out peanut butter for almond butter for example. Their menu will list the ingredients as açaí base which means it has almond milk, açaí, strawberries, agave, and banana (I asked). So it is gluten and dairy free. If you're gluten intolerant or allergic, I'd skip the granola. Would return and recommend!

Great potential, just lacked execution. We went in for smoothies and only two of us ordered smoothies. Both were disappointed in how they tasted, pretty bland. As far as the açaí bowls, despite the açaí base being a little runny, they tasted great and worth going back for! The peach açaí bowl was our daughter's favorite!Service was a little slow, yet they had a ton of workers. The inside tables were great to be able to sit up high and chat. For a smaller restaurant, seemed to have ample amount of seats indoors.

This was a cute local smoothie place nearby that we stopped by multiple times during our trip. The first time we came here, I tried the Blueberry Bliss (almond milk, blueberries, banana, vanilla whey, vanilla yogurt, and almond butter) with added spinach, and it was delicious. After that, I kept trying other smoothies like the Island Smoothie Power Up and The Green Room, but they were all flavorless -- almost as if they had been made with unripe fruit. The consistency was also really icy and not creamy at all, even though there was a banana in it. The service is great though and the menu here will definitely give you some inspiration of smoothies that you could try recreating at home.

Very good acai bowls, if not a tad small for the price.We went around Easter time in April on a weekday and it was quite busy already. Some menu items were not available. We had to wait a while for our orders. Staff is nice. The bowls themselves were good. The ingredients were fresh. Just what you need after a day out exploring the Outer Banks.

definitely not the best açaí bowl i've had. the fruits and toppings were all fresh store was beautiful and clean only thing i didn't like was the açaí base. it was very much so lacking flavor. i've been on a personal mission for every state i go to to try and find the best açaí bowls i can't find and this definitely wasn't it. i added some agave syrup at home and it definitely helped but the base is definitely lacking something

Friendly service but they charge and unadvertised 3.25% credit card fee to your total.

Cannot believe with the amount of options, the amount of ingredients, how flavorless all 4 of our smoothies ended up. Not to mention being under blended and full of ice chunks we literally couldn't even drink them through their ridiculously skinny straws. It almost feels like they are intentionally making bad smoothies. Because I make plenty and even if I'm being lazy about it, they come out better than this. Small is like a rocks glass size! And for the 4 worst smoothies we paid almost $40 !!!

Lots of great healthy options for breakfast, snacks, or lunch. Really good smoothies!!!

They didn't fill my large smoothie up all the way I fon not recommend getting a large becuz it contains the same amount as a small. They also do not sell poke bowls even though they were on the menu. got my cousins hopes up:( #beenwaitingfor30minutes
