Amazing Açaí Bowls, flat breads and fantastic service. Elizabeth was working the counter and I couldn't decide between BLT or the Turkey Avocado. She suggested the Turkey Avocado flatbread with Chipotle Aioli sauce, it was delicious!!! The Açaí bowls everyone ordered were a huge hit too. If comparing to the original Island Smoothie Cafe in Corolla, this one is much larger and spread out with plenty of seating inside, as well as seating outside. The workers here were great, very conversational and seemed to really enjoy their job! Highly recommend!

My daughter's favorite meal on OBX. She had acai bowls four days in a row! We ordered smoothies, Buffalo chicken wrap, club sandwich, Cobb salad, turkey avocado flatbread. Very fresh. Friendly service. Online ordering available. Cute island vibe. Great alternative to heavier meals when on vacation. Recommend!

Got to go for breakfast. Friendly staff. Food was great (loaded avocado toast and SEC bagel) and we really enjoyed the smoothies!

Stopped in with the wife and had the Blueberry Bliss and Açaí Power Boost, Açaí Bowl, Chipotle Chicken Club, everything was delicious, fast, and very friendly hospitality! 100% Recommended!

great sandwiches and smoothies! Everything was super fresh and tasty. It was just what we were looking for for a nice lunch on a hot day. I got the turkey and avocado sandwich, which came on a flatbread. I loved it, it was really good.

Rob & Nate took great care of us! Yummy fresh ingredients, loved the avocado toast & bacon & egg toast. We also enjoyed the Orange Dreamsicle, the Macho Mango and an Espresso Cinnamon smoothie, all were delicious. Come & check out this spot for a quick bite.

We love Island Smoothie and stop by every time we can. The staff is friendly and really good at making those delicious açaí bowls and smoothies. The restaurant is fairly large and has many tables. We usually eat and go, as I think most patrons do. Haven't seen it super packed and the staff is fast. I got the Açaí Ocean Breeze bowl and it was delicious. The blueberries were huge and I really like the small crumbled granola which gives the bowlSome texture. Very good! Highly recommend.

Great family spot!! The kids' grilled cheese and turkey club were delicious. The Chipotle chicken club and caprese avocado toast were the adult favorites. Smoothies were yummy. But the meal was topped off with to die for acai bowls. Our favorite spot in Duck!
