Ironclad Coffee Roasters

Easily the worse coffee shop in Richmond. And when you contact the owners of Ironclad for feedback, they take ZERO responsibility. They say they don't manage these, and suggest you contact the group who manages the airport locations.I'm sorry, but don't you get paid for this licensing agreements? If your name is on it, take responsibility! And definitely don't be openly rude to people like you were to me on Facebook.I not only wouldn't recommend this location, I wouldn't recommend setting foot in ANY Ironclad location given how rude they treat people.

Large latte too hot to drink. Bacon, egg. & cheese biscuit came late and on a croissant. Employees not pleasant nor helpful. Floors behind counter covered with trampled trash. Go elsewhere.

This morning around 9:15, before my flight, I approached the stand to ask what they had that's similar to Starbucks flavored coffee. I had to get the employee's attention, as she was too distracted by her smartwatch. When I finally asked my question, she simply said, "We don't have any coffee," and just stared at me--no explanation, no effort to be helpful. I really hope this isn't the standard level of customer service they offer in the mornings. It probably would've came off better If she given a reason for not having coffee or how long it would be before coffee would be available. 1/11/2025 (A Gate area)

What sort of coffee shop is out there of EVERY breakfast sandwich at 10:00 AM?? Seriously? It's the only coffee shop in this terminal and they can't even provide food to hungry travelers. Useless.

I was really hoping for a strong pick-me-up before my morning flight, but unfortunately, the coffee here fell short. No matter how I tried to adjust it, the flavor remained too diluted and watery for my taste. It's a bit of a letdown when you're looking for a satisfying boost to start your day. While the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant, the coffee didn't quite hit the mark. I hope they can find a way to improve the brew for a better experience next time.

The girls working here were wonderful. Appreciate them making modifications to their only sandwiches so I could have a vegetarian option. Coffee was shockingly good for an automated espresso machine.

Service was pleasant, coffee was out quick. And the flash cold brew is excellent as always. Ironclad is always my fave and I'll take them over Starbucks any day.

i came here yesterday around 3 ish the young lady working that cashier is amazing. She made the best latte I've ever had. I wouldcome back just for her service. Ky'Anna I will be back girl! thankYou again hun :)

DONT DO ITWorst coffee I've ever had in my life and the people could not have cared if I lived or died. Got an attitude when I correct them when they started making my order wrong. Will never come back. Good luck.

The service at Ironclad coffee shop was fast and quick. The two ladies that waited on me Morgan and Kyana were pleasant and very helpful.
