Ion Florist and Gifts

A few months (2), my dad transitioned and the funeral home shared this floral shop with us to order the arrangements. The customer service from the time we walked in and selected the floral arrangements leading up to the service was amazing. The floral arrangements were beautiful and met our expectations during one of the hardest moments of our lives. Thank you for your kindness and the lovely flowers and the ribbons. Everything was so nice. Everyone shared how beautiful the flowers were and this was one less thing to stress about. I don't have pictures but please trust my judgment.

Never have I ever received a floral arrangement that exceeded my expectation, but Ion delivered just that. I was visiting in town on my way to the funeral of someone that is irreplaceable in my life. I googled and searched for a shop that could meet my emotional needs and incorporate items I brought with me. What I got brought tears to my eyes. I decided not to include a picture at this time because photos just couldn't capture how beautiful it was. Truly, truly want to thank Connie for her help, consideration and truly talented design.

I was visiting the area from California and needed a floral arrangement for my mom's birthday. I stopped by Ion, was greeted warmly by the staff, who within minutes helped me design the perfect arrangement. She was very happy - thank you!

Ordered flowers from my dad to my mom...first time in 40+ years that they would not be together on their anniversary. (medical issues) When my mom went from one facility to another, I had to change the delivery address and delivery date rather last minute. Ion already had the flowers out for delivery, but still accommodated my request. The flowers were delivered the next day and were absolutely beautiful. Actually better than advertised....quite a nice surprise. I even got a picture of the arrangement upon delivery. I highly recommend this florist! I'll definitely use them again.

Beautiful arrangement, lasted 7 or more days! Connie (i believe that was her name) walked me through everything over the phone and helped me pick an arrangement that matched my wants. Very happy I chose this florist.

Last minute valentines shopping!!! Came across this shop near my house.I had a great experience, the owner was nice a very attentive to what I was looking for. I was in and out in 10mins!!

I am from out of town and send my mom flowers for special occasions. The florist I generally use was starting to have issues around quality and value of their arrangements so I decided to try a new florist(Ion). I must say that the arrangement my mom received was amazing. Beautiful fall colors, a full bouquet, and some of the biggest most beautiful lilies I've seen. My mom has texted twice over the past couple of days letting me know how much she appreciates them. Thanks Ion! I will be a regular moving forward.

Just by chance I found Ion florists when I decided to pick up some flowers for my wife just to surprise her. they were located on my way home from a job I was doing in the area. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile, described what I was looking for and a price range and WOW. They put together an amazing bouquet with an assortment of different flowers. My wife loved it and the flowers lasted for nearly three weeks. When my 30th wedding anniversary arrived I knew where to go. I went on there website, picked the assortment I liked, put in for delivery. The delivery was spot on, the bouquet looked better than the picture and once again the wife loved it. Thank you so much.
