I got the strawberry cheesecake! The workers were very nice and attentive to my order. The waffle was golden and it was made great. I'll be back for the banana pudding waffle for sureeeeee.

We stopped by to try the water ice. This trendy ice cream shop is tucked in a residential area. The parking is a bit of a hassle, but after driving around a few times we found parking on the street. It was pretty packed inside and the line was about a 15 minute wait. I'm assuming because it's a new place. Seating did open up as people got their orders, so it wasn't packed the whole time. When I got to the register I met the sweet owner, she was so kind and patient. She answered all our questions. When it's your turn it's your turn and she takes her time with each customer. They had water ice, which you can get stuffed with ice cream. They also had different flavor combinations of ice cream and toppings, waffles, shakes, and etc. The prices are pretty reasonable. I got the super hero water ice stuffed with vanilla ice cream, and it was super tasty. I highly recommend getting a large, it's the best ratio of ice cream to water ice. My daughter tore hers up, then wanted another one. Lol. Not today sis, with that line. Should've gotten a large. Lol. The ice cream was good quality and very tasty!!!The decor is cute, it's a vibe!!! The staff is friendly. I certainly recommend giving them a try. Not many places sell water ice, and if you know you know. The paintings on the wall are cute and good for photos. Check them out. It was a good experience!!!

What an utterly amazing addition to this part of Norfolk! If you are from NY or up north you know water ice. You usually can find it on a hot day outside or in an Italian place...now in VA you don't have to look any further! This place sells water ice as an amazing price with so many flavors! I had the strawberry kiwi. I got one scoop because I was curious..what a mistake..I ended up wanting 3 more after I shoveled it down. My boyfriend got the cotton candy two scoops, and it made his whole night. The place is so cute from the outside, and inside. Clean, neat, and so friendly. My boyfriend was so pleased with the service and water ice. You can't really find water ice here..and you can't beat their quality. I will absolutely be a regular customer. Perfect place to be for the summer. They also sell ice cream if that's your jam! I'll be sure to try that next. I've gone twice now, and I must say...I'm already such a big fan. I will for sure be a regular here from now on lol

This place is incredible! Banana pudding is my favorite ice cream and it is legit so hard to find, but not only does Inside Scoop have banana pudding ice cream, but you can get it on top of a fresh waffle with sliced bananas and powdered sugar and whipped cream and drizzles of syrup (I think caramel). Everyone who works there has been so nice and attentive, and is so cute inside! I love the window seats to sit and chill while we wait for our waffles to be made. One zillion percent recommend!

The ice cream treats are fantastic!Totally worth the drive over from Chesapeake. Unique atmosphere and the owner is so nice. We will definitely be going back!

I hope this place stays I norfolk for a long time! The ice cream they use is bluebell. If you are looking for somewhere that makes their own ice cream, this place isn't it. However, their concept is great, and their prices are reasonable.

Great little ice cream shop! Fun flavors and my son loves the addition of adding cereal to the ice cream!

Wonderful! Ice cream is great, shop was clean, and the young man behind the counter was delightful! He even put Bluey on the TV for my granddaughter.

Went to inside scoop today for the first time. I ordered a cookies and cream ice cream with Reese's puffs, fresh strawberries, and chocolate drizzle. It was packed neatly into this cute little cup. The establishment was clean with a cute mural on the side wall to look at while enjoying your yummy treat. The staff were super friendly and prompt with my order.

Other than parking everything was great. Customer service was awesome, flavors were present and it's such a cute little spot.
