I've been wanting to try this place out for awhile and so glad I did! The restaurant is attached to the mall but also has an entrance from the outside. To start, my waitress was super friendly and attentive and helped me choose from a few items I was going back and forth with. For my drink, I got the classic milk tea with boba which was delicious and not too sweet. For my mains, I stuck with appetizers so I could try out a few different things. I ordered the honey garlic shrimp, pork and vegetable wontons in spicy sauce and a side of the noodles I used to mix in with the wontons. The wontons were a little salty but still packed with good flavor. The shrimp was definitely my favorite! Next time I will try their soup dumplings.

iNoodle had very tasty dimsum options although when we tried the soup dumpling sampler, they were out of most of the flavors and majority of our soup dumplings were just pork. The spicy beef noodle soup was really good too, but the strong smell of horseradish stands out (in case you're wondering why your soup has an off smell to it). If you have the tastebuds that can taste "soap" in cilantro, you might want to ask them to exclude cilantro in your dishes since they generously add them as a topping to most of their dishes and can be hard to pick through. They have condiments you can add to your meal available at your table. And you can also order drinks like bubble tea to include with your meal.I especially loved their to-go containers. They're all reusable/eco-friendly, from the to-go bag down to the bottle of your bubble tea. Gotta love a business that is mindful of their packaging. This location is attached to the mall, but has decent space and very unique decor that stands out! Their dishes serve an authentic asian fusion experience!

I met up with a bunch of Yelpers for dinner at the recently opened iNoodle, which is located in Newport News. Since we were a group of five, we decided to order a bunch of dishes and share them. iNoodle is located inside Patrick Henry Mall. Patrick Henry Mall is one of the few malls locally that's doing relatively well. iNoodle is a chain (at least I think they are), but they offer a variety of Chinese dishes. We dined at iNoodle on 9/19/24. It was a quiet night - a perfect evening for us to take our time and choose from their vast menu. The interior (which felt a little tight, but looked aesthetically pleasing and was, most importantly, clean) is patterned as if you're walking the streets of China, as the food they offer is considered street food. As expected, they have all kinds of noodle dishes, but they also offer wings, scallion pancakes, xiao long bao, wontons, dumplings and the like. After checking out the menu, we ordered the following... Chashu Noodle Soup: pork chashu, soft boiled egg, bok choy, corn, kikurage mushroom, scallion Chicken Mushroom Noodle Soup: shredded chicken, oyster mushroom, black mushroom, white mushroom Lucky Six Soup DumplingsShrimp, Pork & Vegetable Wontons in Spicy SauceHoney Garlic Shrimp Soy Garlic Chicken WingsPhilly Cheesesteak Egg RollsCucumber Salad with GarlicScallion Pancakes It was a lot of food, but we managed to put a big dent in them. Since I love cucumbers, I found myself eating a lot of the cucumber salad. I enjoyed that a lot, and I also was impressed with the lucky six soup dumplings. I liked the noodle soups, although the broth for both the chashu noodle soup and the chicken mushroom noodle soup tasted similar (while neither stood out). Since I knew coming in that iNoodle wasn't an independently owned business, I expected an Americanized version of Chinese street food. That's exactly what I got, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. All of the items I tried were in between tasty and bland - I didn't dislike anything from the bunch (although the Philly cheesesteak egg roll was too American, imo). iNoodle is a spot I'd hit up if/when I'm in the area because I know what I'm getting. But if I'm looking for authenticity and want to show off a restaurant to out of town friends, I probably wouldn't mention iNoodle. But honestly, iNoodle hits the spot anytime you're hungry. It's in the same realm as P.F. Chang's - it's a palatable version of Chinese food that nearly everyone can enjoy. After dinner, we reconvened at Tous les Jours Cafe and a couple of us didn't like iNoodle. The reasons I listed that led me to give them a pass are the same reasons why a couple of us felt otherwise. So basically, your views of restaurant chains could affect your judgement of a place like iNoodle. I think they are fine, and the service we received was excellent (we were lucky to have a fluent Chinese speaker amongst us, so she handled all the ordering and conversation with our server, who spoke better Chinese than English). Overall, I have no issues with iNoodle and it's worth at least one visit if you're interested in Chinese street food. Thank you, iNoodle! JV4 stars

i noodle seems to have done it right. Designed with the touch and feel of a Beijing huton (alley) street food hole in the wall kitchen with cherry blossoms, black brick and wood tables, they specializes in Xiao long bao (soup dumplings) noodle soup and Korean style chicken wings, among other things. There is some fusion here with other cultures, but that only improves the menu, rather than detract from it. We ordered the XLB, Honey Shrimp, Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, Soy Garlic Wings and Noodles in Soy Sauce. It arrived as prepared in the kitchen in no particular priority. Service was efficient and concerned with our satisfaction. Each dish was good to great. The XLB came in bamboo steamers. The skin was elastic enough not to tear when lifted carefully with tongs. Once their top knot was bitten off and vinegar dropped into the opening, it was ready for sucking out the hot pork broth before pushing the remaining dumpling into the mouth for chew and swallow. Excellent rendition. They even provided fresh ginger shavings when asked. The Korean double fried wings were crispy with sticky sweet sauce that required extra napkins to keep the amber glue from hardening on our fingers. Double happiness. Same for the Honey Shrimp. Crunchy large prawns, deep fried, perhaps with a touch of coconut in the battered crustaceans. The Beef Soup was a large bowl with lots of tender beef, veggie and enough chili paste to turn the liquid a nice shade of red. Son loved it. The Soy Noodles were long and al dente. A little difficult to lift from the bowl with chop sticks, but worth the effort in taste and texture. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience, made better by the sincerity of the servers who brought the food and stopped by to check on our satisfaction. Definitely a fun and worthwhile experience for us, and even a surprise given that we were in Newport News! Kudos to everyone responsible for putting this together. This concept has legs.

We stopped in here later last night and it wasn't terrible busy, meaning our food got to us super fast! My son liked his fried rice and I thought the beef noodle soup was pretty good. I liked the soup dumplings but found the wrapper a little thick, but the filling was very good! I would skip the milk tea next time as the boba texture is more jelly like than I prefer. The inside is very intricately decorated, plenty to look at while you dine!

INoodle is a fantastic spot! The restaurant was clean and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere right from the start. My server was absolutely amazing--super attentive and friendly. She recommended some great options, and I was not disappointed! The garlic shrimp noodles were flavorful and cooked to perfection, and the crab wontons were crispy and delicious. I also tried the Blue Sea Lemonade, which was refreshing with a fun twist. Overall, a wonderful dining experience, and I will definitely be coming back!

My boyfriend and I came in on a Saturday night around 8pm for the first time. A few tables were occupied but overall, the restaurant was not very busy. The restaurant was very beautifully decorated and clean. Our sever was friendly and very quick. We ordered the xiao long bao sampler (soup dumplings). Unfortunately, 2 of the flavors were not available but we were able to create our sampler the way we wanted which was 2 signature pork, 2 chicken, and 2 spicy pork. We also ordered the spicy beef noodle soup and the noodles with beef and shredded peppers. The food came out relatively fast and was very hot but more importantly - it was delicious. The soup dumplings were not too thin, making it easy to pick up without breaking and spilling the soup out of. The spicy beef noodle soup had the perfect amount of flavor to the broth and the spice was very present. The noodles and beef were very good - the vegetables had a great crunch and the meat was nice and seared. The noodles were very, very long, which was fun trying to navigate. Overall, we had no complaints. The food was delicious and hope the next time we come there are many more people filling the booths. It is worth the visit.

I went here for the monthly gathering with eight former co-workers. Everyone enjoyed the food, service and general ambiance of the restaurant. I thought the take out bags were particularly cute and had fun browsing in Patrick Henry Mall after we finished our meal. The only small issue we had was with the open layout. The acoustics made hearing folks at the other end of the table difficult.
