This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST seafood I have had in my over 20 years of living in Virginia Beach!I should have followed my instincts when I walked in and saw the guy stretched out at the very first table looking waaaaaay too relaxed!But no...., I wanted to give the place a try and an opportunity to impress me. Welp! Didn't happen. The cod was small, greasy & looked like someone took a bite out of it before it was boxed up and given to me.The hush puppies & french fries looked refried.The coleslaw was old, dry and shouldn't be served!The $10 scallops?!?! Six scallops the smaller than a penny with enough seasoning to boil a LARGE BAG of seafood.This is unacceptable. Don't waste your money, time or effort if you're looking for good, quality seafood in Virginia Beach!Honestly, if I could give it less than 1 , I WOULD!!!

Inland took over what used to be Captain K's and for once, a food place was taken over & GOT BETTER!!!! I love Inland for the pool tables & cheap beer but they recently took over & adapted menu specials from Captain K's but made it their own & WOW!!! Fish & Shrimp combo are TO DIE FOR!!!! everything is better, fries, seasoning, batter!!! ITS SO GOOD.

.59 cent a steamed jumbo shrimp all day on Sundays and Monday-Friday from 3-7!! super yummy and their wings are pretty nice! I love the lemon pepper and mango habanero. Service is also nice. Just beware it's smoking allowed, dimly lit, with drunks and pool tables. Still good food tho!

The pool tables were nice, but the server we had seemed a bit off, like they might have been intoxicated or under the influence. The food was mediocre, and the prices were high for a dive bar. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it, but everyone's experience is different. My visit was about 3-4 months ago; I just never got around to posting this review until now.

Would never return. Was recommended by a friend for a cheap bar. I guess you get what you pay for. The bartender/server seemed as if she was maybe taking something. Walked away in the middle of a sentence, charged me on the wrong card, etc. Asked for a pool table, 20 mins later we told her never mind because she just apparently forgot. Also forgot some of our food and even after being asked twice, she "forgot" a third time. Being in this same industry, I do not feel as if she should be serving under that influence. The manager was helpful (I believe she was the manager), but due to this server I will not be returning. Very distasteful
