Incredible Edibles Bakery & North End Catering

Ive hired incredible edibles for soooo many occasions and they've always done an amazing job! Whether it's your birthday or your wedding, they're the baker for the job! Love their banana nut, strawberry, & creamsicle cake

I'm going to let the pictures do most of the talking for my review, but I would NOT recommend this bakery. I was planning my sister's baby shower, and chose this bakery based on the glowing reviews -- but after the cake I received, I'm left questioning how they got such rave reviews in the first place. I asked for a round cake with blue fondant (they suggested icing instead), cloud cutouts and a plane on the side of the cake that looked like it was flying around with little dotted lines (my sister's shower theme was airplanes & travel). When you try so hard to make a loved one's special day perfect and flawless, you trust the vendors you hire to deliver on that expectation. What I received was ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!To start, the "plane" cutout on the top of the cake is just embarrassing. When my mother stopped at your store to pick up the cake, the man working at the register actually asked her if a "child drew that plane". My cousin thought it looked more like a dead stingray than an airplane. The glitter sprinkles that were smashed into it didn't make it any more appealing either. There was no way I was leaving that "plane" on top of this cake for guests to see. I also wanted to tear the clouds off as well because they looked nothing like the inspiration picture I emailed to them. They looked more like cartoon conversation bubbles you'd find in comics. Luckily, I had a cake topper sign and some mini meringues to help salvage what I could of this design.Next, we have the actual cake itself. I could've easily forgiven the design flaws if the inside of the cake tasted delicious, but sadly that missed the mark as well. The proportion of cake to icing is way off to me. Why are the cake layers gigantic (and overdone on that bottom layer I might add) and the middle filling layer so incredibly thin? Not to mention, we agreed on a "fresh strawberry filling" for the middle. Does that look fresh to anyone? There were maybe 2 diced up strawberries sprinkled throughout the entire middle layer. You can't even see a single piece of strawberry in the picture I took. The measly thin layer of strawberry icing tasted like something you could scrape out of a can. All in all, this cake was a joke. If you've ever seen an episode of "Nailed It", this cake would've won first prize. After seeing photos, no one believes me when I tell them that a professional business made this cake. I sent an email one week ago to the woman Deb who I had been dealing with explaining how this cake is unacceptable and I have yet to hear a response. Nothing, nada, zip -- no apology, no explanation, no offer to make things right. While Deb was lovely over the phone and email when I was ordering the cake, I find the lack of response to my complaint highly unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Great experience ordering a cake for my husband's birthday. I shopped around a bit because the original cake I wanted from our usual cake maker was like $500 and I wasn't going to spend that on a random birthday cake for 2 people. So instead I modified my idea and decided to call Incredible Edibles and see what they could come up with - I've been following them on Instagram for years. I had a pleasant phone conversation with a gal where I explained my idea (Mario kart with mini figures I had purchased off Amazon) and a simple birthday design. I was browsing the flavors online and decided to go with their Orange Creamsicle with Bavarian Cream flavor which she told me was a big favorite. We decided on the pick-up time about a month later and they asked me to drop off the figures and come make payment in advance so a few weeks later (about two weeks before I was set to pick up the cake) I did that. Was $90 for a decent round that was about 10 big slices. Cute decor on the cake - simple but cute (photo) and the orange creamsicle was light and fluffy. Hubs loved it. Big fan. I could see this being a go-to for me. Everything was easy and the price was fair and the cake was ready on time with no issue. I'm a happy camper. I want to try their Hummingbird flavored cake next time!

Me and my fiancé had the best cake tasting here. Omg the strawberry cake with fresh strawberries is to die for. Debra was so nice and super helpful. We will definitely be using them for our upcoming wedding. Their prices are also very reasonable and they can do any design you have in mind.

Had them make a 10" birthday cake for my daughters 20th. The cake was a little on the pricey side but was awesome. We order a strawberry cake which was so moist and tasty. The frosting was not to sweet but complimented the cake. For our first time using this bakery everyone was very happy with the product. We now have a go to bakery when we don't want a grocery store cake. The Cake and pick up time were as promised.

Beautiful and delicious! Used them for my wedding....a year later the top tier was still delicious! Also used them for my last birthday...prettiest one I've ever had! Strawberry is my favorite but all their flavors are great!

My fiancé and I just had our cake tasting and I'm happy to say we have (finally) decided on a cake for our upcoming wedding! Debra was super accommodating to both of our schedules and did a fantastic job helping us decide which cake/fillings would work best together. The cakes were absolutely delicious, we ended up choosing a butter chiffon cake with fresh strawberries. So excited to see the final product in 4 short months!

I hosted a baby shower for my cousin and she wanted to get the cake from Incredible Edibles as she used them for her wedding and loved really loved her wedding cake. I ordered a 10" round cake with 20 cupcakes. I went over my design idea for the cake for about 30 minutes with them. I brought in 2-3 pictures of my ideas, emailed them the invitation picture for color matching, and felt confident they knew what I had in mind. Also- the cupcakes would not be decorated, just the 10 inch cake. The total with tax was $189.50. I thought that was quite a bit of money but that it would be worth it because I would be getting a beautiful, 'show stopper' cake for the shower. The day of the shower, I picked up the cake and my heart sank. The cake was extremely simplistic and poorly executed. It looked like I picked up a Wilton kit and this was the very first cake I had made. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was tearful actually, but understood that the decorator was not there to fix it, and if I took the cake I could not be guaranteed a refund. Everyone who helped plan the shower was shocked when they saw it. It was supposed to be the centerpiece of the table but it looked so awful we had to change plans. To pay $189 for this 10" cake with almost no decorations and 20 plain cupcakes was appalling. I will say the cake tasted wonderful. So please, with so many other bakeries competing for your business making beautifully decorated cakes that also taste good, please think twice before choosing this bakery.

I am pretty sure the photos they post are stolen off of Pinterest. The cake they promised us and the cake they delivered could not be more different. We were promised Debra would personally make our cake and make it look exactly like the model on display. After expressing our concerns with a photo of a cake that they were tagged in on Instagram, Debra told us she was embarrassed by that cake and that it only looked bad because the client demanded it look like that. Well our cake looked EXACTLY like that cake instead of the one on their display. Avoid this place for your cake. Don't let them mess up your cake for your special occasion

We bought our wedding cake from them. It was a beautiful 3 tiered cake! It was delicious and delivered on time. Our guests loved it! :)
