Always a pleasure! I've used In Stitches for personalized gifts (going back MANY years), and I would again and again. Great local business & sweet owner too!

I will never do service here again. Miranda was very rude on the phone when I spoke to her about a past due balance from 2019 that I was unaware of. She held our stuff that my mom paid for and got embroidered at her store. She would not release the items to us. When I went in there to drop off an item and paid for that item in full she never stated anything to me about a past due balance from 2019 that needed to be paid before we could pick up. We have gotten other things embroidered there since 2019 and nothing was ever said about that when we picked up previous items within the year. We have gotten multiple bags done there and this invoice has never been spoken about any other time we've gotten bags done there within this year or any other time my mother has done service with her.

The owner was very rude when asked about her store's holiday hours. I didn't even finish my sentence before I was cut off by her. It's unfortunate when you want to support local, but customer service like this (or lack thereof) ruins it for a lot of other businesses.
