I love eating as well as happy hours. Happy hour in here is great for pricing and also has specials during the week. Service is top of the top ambiance is great beautiful music and a full bar and also there is a pianist plays piano during the week Just do your self a favor and come and try

If you go to Il Giardino's on a Sunday off season when they have a Bogo special (no substitutes ), you have to expect that there will be hordes of people waiting to enter at 4:30 PM and that service will be a a bit overwhelmed. If you can deal with that, you're going to have memorable meal. Which is impressive, considering the tumult that must be in the kitchen. Our food didn't come out for an hour and a half.The restaurant itself is beautiful with a tree standing in the middle of the room against overhead skylights. Acoustics where we sat on the side weren't too bad, but I expect if you sit in the main room, it may be a bit more noisy. So what about the food? I had the Pollo Alla Sorrentina with an exquisitely tender filet, covered in a thin coat of mozzarella in a delectable white wine/tomato sauce on a bed of sautéed spinach. My wife had the Pollo Alla Parmigiana. The tender chicken fillet was lightly breaded with a slightly sweet, rich tomato sauce - not overwhelmed by the mozzarella - on a bed of perfectly cooked angel hair pasta. The portion was quite generous, and in fact, we had enough for another meal the following day and it tasted just as good. Our friends had the Flounder Française which I didn't get to taste, but it was a generous portion. Maybe a little bit too much sauce for my taste, but they loved it.All of the food was top-notch. Our server worked hard in a very challenging environment, and when we informed him that a side of spinach wasn't delivered he went back to the kitchen and secured a portion of spinach to-go and offered some free cannolis for the table which was appreciated. I don't want to seem ungrateful, but I have to mention that the cannoli filling was thin and disappointing. A small sour note to an otherwise fantastic meal.

Five of us had dinner here. This is a nice place to go for dinner. It is fairly large inside but it is a busy restaurant. Our waiter was very good but he had the five of us, a larger table with about 10 and a few other tables so he was not around a lot. However, the food was excellent! We had a mix of lasagna, penne vodka sauce and some other pastas. We also had some mozzarella cheese slices with oil and vinegar that were fantastic! I am not sure if they are made in house or not, but they are definitely an appetizer worth getting!Good place- will definitely return. I recommend reservations as this was buys even in the off season

I don't recommend coming here on Sundays in off-season for their buy one, get one special unless you're keen for super slow service and an exceptionally long meal. We came in with my family last weekend and our server was the slowest server I've ever head. Everything took 10-15 minutes. We had my 6-month old and had planned everything ahead so we had about 2 hours and it was taking her forever to bring us rolls, cheese, drinks. We were there 40 minutes before we even ordered. At the end, when asked for some to go - she took 15 minutes to do two of the five to go items. Each was one at a time and snails pace. I couldn't stand it and my baby was about to lose her patience. We've been a few other times and the excuse is always how busy they are on this night and service is always pretty sub par. If you come when they aren't having the special - it's much better but still not on par with some of the higher end Italian places nearby. The food is good and I like the menu for the most part. But, I don't want 3+ hour meals - even for a free entree and I don't think being busy is any excuse to keep people waiting forever.

Came here on an early Sunday evening for dinner, feeling nostalgic. After all, this place has been around forever. And not to be funny, but apparently so have many of the patrons. Come here if you want to feel young.It's somewhat crowded with an older crowd, to be sure. But hunger knows no age, so here we are. It's colder here, but that's because it's right on the oceanfront strip. We get seated in a small table, which is fine. But then our waitress reseats us for some unknown reason. By the time we are settled in, my stomach acids are starting to eat away at my esophagus. Not really, but you get what I'm saying. Service isn't really on the ball tonight, and it's a shame.We finally got our cocktails, which are amazing!!! Best part of the meal. My salad, on the other hand, was mid at best. I mean, there's literally one tomato, one cucumber slice on top of lettuce. Oh, and did I mention a small side of blue cheese is $3?!Main entrees were both veal, definitely paled in comparison to Razzos in Norfolk. Overpriced and under seasoned. I wish I could say we had a better time with dessert, but nope! It's not even 8pm, and they're already out of the Napoleon cake. I finally settled for the strawberry triple with some Buffalo Trace coffee, which was good. However, I was more than a bit turned off by the fact that dessert came from the same area as the dirty dishes. Ugh!!!I'm all about second chances, so it's likely I'll be back. It's just a matter of how soon.

My husband and I have been coming to this friendly place since we were teenagers. The atmosphere is beautiful, makes you feel like you're dining in Italy. The food is out of this world with huge portions. It tastes so authentic & worth every penny. My husband & I usually split the tortellini & add shrimp & chicken to it.

If you love Italian food, the beautiful Italian music, ambience, elegant environment and great service. This is Absolutely the best restaurant to go too. Excellent food. If you have a birthday. There's a wonderful man that will play your loved on happy birthday at your table on a violin. Omg! So beautiful and heart melting. Highly recommend this place. Please reserve they do get packed.

Christmas Eve, I expect to wait a little longer, everything to not be exactly on point, this is always a good choice...We eat Italian often, pasta, seafood, steak... the Veal Chop in an Italian Restaurant should be served with PASTA. No substitutes, and there busy, jammed in with extra people if course. Still a great place to eat... get rid of the potatoes!Do they serve pasta with steak at Longhorn... no, they serve steak and potatoes!
